Here comes the most interesting match of the day Newcastle United vs Chelsea FC . Surprisingly 20 minutes has been played and no goal recorded by either teams. As I earlier said this is a great test for Graham Potter to ascertain if he is able and capable of handling Chelsea team or not. In the other hand this is also a test for Newcastle to see how well they will relax in the top four. We expect a very tight game here and that is exactly what we are seeing, for the meantime none of the teams have found a way to penetrate the opposition

Newcastle are a different team now, they are playing better than Chelsea. It can be seen from their current standings which is proof that Newcastle cannot be underestimated by Graham Potter. The first half is over and the score is still showing 0-0 on the scoreboard. In the first half, Newcastle played well but Chelsea also showed that they did not want to achieve a minor result in this match. Newacastle was a bit more in control of the game but neither team could create chances that could potentially be scored. We are waiting for a change in the second half from both teams.

Actually today I am more favorite to Newcastle the reason is because they are a consistent team and play at home while Chelsea are not consistent at all
We can see bad results in the last 4 games Chelsea they lost 2 times in a row so I consider Chelsea not confident, especially when playing away
I won't be surprised if I see Newcastle win or draw Newcastle is more feasible to get it.

You don't have to be surprised anymore because Newcastle United is now a top-class club in the Premier League. It's half-time now the match between them and Chelsea and they were the best side totally. They have a solid defense, a well-coordinated midfield, and a sharp attack. Their players look fit and are playing physical football by ensuring that Chelsea players don't make any meaningful runs.

Chelsea is a complete shadow of itself because they seem very disorganized. Their passes are inaccurate and it seems their defense is shaky. I expect Newcastle to win this match because Chelsea seems like they have nothing to offer in this match.

The only highest outcome Chelsea could get out of this game in their favour  eventually is a draw, cause obviously the home team's pressure is one only a team with a good defense can handle but I don't see this Chelsea team having that kind of good defense.

Manchester City closed the league break with unsatisfactory results because this match was believed by many Manchester City to beat Brentford easily but in fact they had to lose at home.

Well majority were hoping that Manchester City win this game easily but if we actually factor in the world cup then you'll realized that some players might not be performing at their top level to make sure that they wont be injured before the world cup because. Losing a single game because you are avoiding all those tough physical is worth it rather than being injured though

Arsenal now has a clear opportunity to win the league.

Arsenal just needed to win their match against Wolves and consolidate their first position on the table by widening the gap to four points however, it's too early to tip them for the title until both Arsenal and Man City play each other in their outstanding matches, a win for Arsenal will then open up the opportunity of winning the league.
Meanwhile a big upset created by Brentford against Man City in today's match, Brentford striker Toney proved his worth to Gareth Southgate that he ought to be included in the World Cup bound English team by scoring two two goals for his team.

Manchester City defeat was as I expected in my previous post and I'm quite happy to see Manchester City finally slipped  , the failure of Manchester City in the last match before the World Cup break should have been put to good use by Arsenal, the defeat gave us the opportunity to widen the gap in the English Premier League standings, I hope Arsenal can take advantage of today momentum well to get 3 points, even though Wolves are not a weak team but I'm quite optimistic today we can get 3 points and make the distance with Manchester City to 5 points.

Arsenal have more confidence after the rival team Manchester City beaten by Brentford and right now have bigger opportunity make 5 points left on standings position until World Cup. Arsenal have chance large points difference with Manchester City if win from Wolves next match, actually Arsenal favorite for winning this games after quite well performance last two matches and Manchester City slipped tonight make more motivate to win against Wolves.

Last match Wolves won from Leeds United and momentum back to top perform, actually Wolves have large chance back to bottom position standing after the 19th standing position Southampton beaten by Liverpool, before International break out Wolves have opportunity wake up from bottom standing if defeat Arsenal tomorrow and have 13 points will lead to 18th standing awhile.

I need an update from the Liverpool match today, I have been offline for a while now and I just got back I hope I have not missed a lot seeing that Manchester City already lost to Bradford United, this weekend is such a bad one for man city fans.

Finally a really good overall game from Nunez. He scored 2 goals, but also was better with his runs today and with his linkup play.
Positive steps, hopefully this scoring run helps him settle a bit.

It was an important win for Liverpool as well, the league table looks a lot better now. We don't have a lot of players at the world cup, we can use that to have a positive remainder of the season.

Little spectacle at the moment at Newcastle United's game against Chelsea. It could just be a very boring 0-0 game. The gap between the 2 teams at the moment is 6 points, so Chelsea should actually win this to keep the tie up. Liverpool have had a dramatic season, but won quite easily today. In the relegation zone, the differences are not far apart, so that can go either way and you can't say anything about it. Still not pleasant for the Wolves to be at the bottom. After man city was defeated by Brentford, I was astounded that Haaland's presence did not prevent such a remarkable performance from Brentford, which scored their second goal just eight additional minutes later. I know most people would have picked man city to win easily, and that is what I predicted as well, but to my surprise, Brentford won, with Foden scoring the lone goal for man city despite Haaland's yellow card record and cancelo. Football is just full of entertainment.

I think Brentford was very lucky in this match because obviously I don't think City should lose. Many Manchester City players at this time are not really total, look lethargic and do not show good form. But I need to appreciate Raya's performance who actually made the Brentford defense even stronger thanks to his brilliant saves from several Manchester City goal opportunities.

Chelsea is increasingly having trouble dealing with Newcastle attacks and the hosts are able to score goals now Chelsea are getting worse after consecutive defeats Potter really can't play Chelsea to be more aggressive because I see Newcastle's game is more to press and dominate the game I think the same that the hosts can win again consistently with outstanding wins.

It's been 75 minutes, I see Chelsea are still trying not to lose, meaning that only one goal is difficult to do, with the remaining time, is Chelsea likely to lose again?
I think a draw is a possibility with minutes remaining but for a win it's much more difficult in fact Newcastle are still holding out for it.

Finally Newcastle managed to break into Chelsea's goal and the current score is 1-0, the goal was scored by Joe Willock's powerful kick in the 67th minute, I was amazed to see how good and solid Newcastle play.
and I saw Newcattle play like Manchester City did last season, no pure strikers and they play a team where I think all the players are the same. And I can't wait to see Newcastle against Manchester City, and it looks like it's going to be a very interesting game.

I don't think Leicester will win with clean sheets but indeed, I also believe that Leicester do have a chance to win but not with clean sheets at least both teams to score goals. The final result in this match with a score of 2-0 for Leicester's victory I think is a low score, because it was predicted that this match would have many goals but the prediction did not come true.

No, it looks like Chelsea will lose this match even though it is still possible for them to end the match with a draw. Newcastle seem very motivated to win so that they remain in 3rd place in the standings. But to be honest that their good performance so far is hard to believe, but that's the truth.

It's been a good season for Newcastle, they've been amazing even though I don't think they have some star players. In fact that doesn't make them any weaker than other teams who spend lot of money buying top players. Now it's only a few minutes before the match ends, so Chelsea's chances of scoring are getting smaller.
