I don't think so, because if he knew what he wanted he should have left his current club before he turned 30 year old or when Pochettino left Tottenham, because when Pochettino was there Harry Kane had the best time with Tottenham being able to reach the final champion league but after that the club became very inconsistent.

In my opinion, this nominal is too high if only to bring in one player, but on the other hand, this is indeed a golden opportunity for Tottenham before he actually leaves as a free agent which will be very detrimental to Spurs. Bayern Munich is very interested in him because we know he is the most ideal candidate to replace Lewandowski. Any news outlet that says anything about Mbape that is not from Fabrizio Romano, I will believe it to be fake and unreliable because he one the best transfer news person in football. This is just a another rumur just like other one's out their regarding Mbape transfer. It will be a good move if MBA e comes to Premier League, any of the top notch team will enjoy him but did they have the financial capacity to take asking price on Mbape? Chelsea would be making a mistake should they not sign a better replacement for Kovacic a midfielder with great interceptions and known for his penetrative passes, no doubt the young star is going to shine at City with his experience in the EPL in the past few years under CFC.  Gardiola knows this better than anyone else and that's why he had to sign the CM as a replacement for Gundogan next season.

Kovacic has yet to prove anything for Manchester City as he was just brought in from Chelsea, while Gundogan managed to give several prestigious titles including the first Champions League Trophy for Manchester City during his seven years playing there. Kovacic career has been very interesting, he has achieved success at several clubs, Dinamo Zagreb, Inter Milan, Real Madrid, Chelsea. Due to the slick appearance shown by Kovacic on the field, Manchester City are trying to bring him in to become a successor to Gundogan who chose to go to Barcelona.

There is no concrete news because until now PSG still hasn't announced it, but with so many rumors with Mbappe and several other teams also want him including Real Madrid who first offered him but failed and now these rumors are getting busier, but to be honest I will happy if Mbappe is at Liverpool.

Apparently Arteta has been realized his mistakes why Arsenal has failed to be the champion of premier league last season and one of the causes is Arsenal depth of squad is not equal and besides that Arsenal has poor rotation player which make some of their players got fatigue and this have an affect for Arsenal performance which make they have to slipped at the end of season and only finish at runner up place
Arteta has attempts to improve Arsenal depth of squad with buy some of high quality players such as you mentioned above and now they have promising squad besides that after the arrival of Declan Rice, Kai Havertz and Jurrien Timber Arteta will have many options for the starting lineup and in my opinion Arsenal will be stronger than last season

Guardiola seems to be interested in de Jong now as this article says. That would be an interesting exchange as they let Gundogan go and try to replace him with a much younger player. Maybe this has all been set up without anyone knowing if this transfer really happens. I think de Jong is more defensive than Gundogan and scores a lot less goals in his time at Barcelona, but Guardiola seems to have an idea about how to proceed with Manchester City next season.

Now THAT makes sense for sure. I never believed that Kovacic was a good replacement for Gundogan, sure Kovacic is decent but that dude was the captain of a team that did treble, and Kovacic is not capable of being as good as that.

To see De Jong there instead? That could definitely change some stuff and we may end up seeing some better players for sure. I know that it is going to be pretty tough to handle and we are not going to end up De Jong go for cheap, with Barcelona being in financial trouble, they may want to end up with a loss for sure and that means they may want to sell De Jong for a lot of money to solve all their financial troubles with just one sale, and that's why something a lot more could be considered. Mikel Arteta have learnt from the mistake he mad in the last season, am sure he wont want semilar thing to happen next sesonson, Arteta was about winning the premier league for Arsenal last season but lact of experience really caused him to lose the great opportunity he had. Arteta was using the same players from the beginning of season till the ending, so the players got tired when the season was about to end, their performance reduced and they were losing most of the matches which they should have won. If Arsenal can get more players so that the coach wont over use any of those players, then am sure their performance will improve next season.
