I also have the same feelings that chelsea performance is going to improve next season, their performance is not really bad in all the preseason matches they have played, at least their performance is better than last season, and the season haven’t started yet, this is just the preseason. Pochettino made some nice signing during this transfer window which have really helped the performance of the club, he signed some young players, and as we can see they are all performing well, they are decided to work for the club and their is already improvement in the club’s performances already.

I’m surprised Erik Ten just realized how competitive the premier league is, not every manager or player can cope or succeed after joining the EPL from other leagues, that is why it is a special league. Ronaldo said it when he first moved from Manchester United to Real Madrid, he said the la liga is very easy compared to the EPL and that it will be difficult for a la liga player to transition to the EPL.

This coming season will even be more interesting seeing the signings teams are making this summer. Liverpool have made two important signings to boost their midfield options and Chelsea have also made a number of signings like Nkunku, Jackson etc who are already firing and showing their worth in the preseason games, Manchester United on the other hand are close to completing the signing of Hojlund.

I feel like EPL is a bit "harder" because of the structure and not because of playstyle. We have seen La Liga teams beat EPL teams quite often on European competition as well, and I can say that it's not really that easy to play there but also it's not like someone who plays at Real would be terrible at United, that's not how it really works.

Ronaldo was luckier because he played at United and saw their great period but also bad period as well, when he went to Real, he went to a team with amazing stars, so all his teammates were world class going against simple teams, put him in Villareal instead of Real Madrid and he would realize how hard La Liga was. This is why ETH is also doing fine, because he is at United, a good team.

Manchester United have finally acquired a good striker and won’t have to worry anymore of getting a new one in the next 3 to 5 seasons especially after signing Hojlund for a whopping 70million at age 20. Much expectations comes with this signing and for their sake I really hope he delivers. I would have preferred United sign Harry kane because he is Premier league proven and has experience in the league.

I also predict that Man City will not be able to defend the EPL trophy next season. Arsenal, yes even though I'm not a fan of them, I would like to win the EPL trophy from Man City hands. Arteta seems to have big ambitions to present this title, the movement of the Arsenal transfer market proves the seriousness in this matter.

Apart from the luck factor I think it makes sense that Arsenal can fulfill their dream of winning the EPL trophy, as they almost did last season.

Not only next season, I think many people don't want Manchester City to win the Premier League title continuously and dominate it every season. Pep Guardiola has many enemies in the Premier League instead of fans, of course it is because of his ability to coach and make his team dominate the title so far. So I guess it's only natural that some of you don't want him to win the title next season.

I'm pretty sure that Manchester City are one of the favorites to win the Premier League title next season. Many sports betting sites believe that so they won't be too bold to give Manchester City high odds. Manchester City are too good for that so I think you just have to admit it even if you are not one of the fans.

Mauricio Pochettino has shown that he has all it takes to bring Chelsea back to their best and I'm very happy to see that happen. Despite the fact that a lot of Chelsea players who were part of the squad last season left the club, Chelsea are now playing more like a team than they did they whole of last season.
Though it's still preseason games which aren't seriously contested matches but looking at the current Chelsea style of play, one can say that they'll be a threat to other English Premier League clubs next season

Currently, Chelsea is the only team that has never lost a pre-season match and everything went smoothly when Pocettino managed to change this squad for the better. I think this is the first time Chelsea have really chosen the right coach and compared to last season there is a clear difference. Pochettino managed to prove his capacity to be able to manage a big team and get the club's goal back to be able to compete with other strong teams next season. I can't wait to see Chelsea with the style of play they have shown in pre-season and at least I don't have to hesitate anymore when I want to bet on Chelsea's victory.

I can't say anything about Chelsea unless we start the next season and wait for some weeks because this changed many players and they are now using a coach which means they can change and get better form in the weeks after they have more friendly games and play some matches in the next season however Pochettino's performance in these friendly match are amazing we can even expect to see Chelsea getting back in the top of the league and race with other teams for the title.

Talking about Mudryk but he is quite aggressive because instead of realising that his performance is still not satisfactory he doesn't really reflect a big player because he still has time to reply to criticism on social media even though I know he is also a human being but he must try to be better in attitude and performance on the field.
At the moment the expectations about Hojlund are clearly very large with the price he has hopefully this will not be a flop when he is at a new club. and I also agree with what you said about the media will definitely highlight Hojlund because obviously this can be decent news if indeed Hojlund does not play well when Manchester United has spent more than 70 million for this 20-year-old player.

I have a feeling that Mudryk will do better this season, I have been following the preseason games and watched a few games Mudryk played and I can testify that he looks sharper and more confident.!It will be really nice to see him returning to form again under Pochettino. Mykhailo Mudryk has good qualities, but I don't think he has fully adapted well at Chelsea. Pochettino, who is Chelsea's coach next season, must know how to bring out so much potential that Mykhailo Mudryk has compared to bringing in other new players for the same position. Mykhailo Mudryk deserves to be at Chelsea because of his qualities, but he needs to work hard to prove his best next season.

Last season Mykhailo Mudryk only made 15 appearances for Chelsea in the Premier League, but he only made 2 assists. I think he will get better with Pochettino, but of course Mykhailo Mudryk must not lose heart to compete to be one of the important players at the club he is now.

Gabriel Jesus' injury means that Edie will be used as the striker to lead the line,or Trosard will be used to be the striker infront.Thus seems to be a bad news because when Gabriel is in the team,his contribution makes everyone better on the field.His pace and dribbling skill is very important to the team,and he will really be missed by his team mates.

Liverpool did get back up last season but they got up too late. Because when Liverpool started to find their game again it turned out that the season was almost at its end. So that Liverpool's successive wins at the end of the season could not make this club penetrate the top 4.

But this season I feel it will be different from last season. I expected more difficult competition than last season.

By the way, Liverpool and Chelsea will have an additional advantage in the Premier League - both of these clubs will not participate in the Champions League (and Chelsea will not be in European competition at all) so they will be able to concentrate on one tournament. They can even plan the season in a radically different way without trying to bring the team to peak shape during the Champions League playoffs.

Rasmus Hojlund is a quality player at the age of 20. He had good form with Atalanta last season, but I don't think Rasmus Hojlund is any better than existing Manchester United strikers like Anthony Martial. Rasmus Hojlund has to prove himself as a proper signing for Manchester United next season, but I believe Rasmus Hojlund is still better than Wout Weghorst.

I also agree that basically Kane is much better than Hojlund, but in the end Manchester United failed to make a deal with Tottenham for Kane. After all Tottenham don't want to let Kane go for a lower price, it has clearly made some teams' interest drop for Kane considering he is already 30 years old.

Liverpool may still be a little troubled in the Europa League even though I still feel confident they will pass the group phase easily but still their schedule will still be as much. but for Chelsea now they can focus on being in the competition in the EPL especially this is also a transitional phase for them where last season's performance will definitely still be a lot of people who are sceptical.
But obviously their schedule is lighter, this should be more power for them to improve their position well and be able to return to European competition next season.
The challenge for Tuchel and Chelsea with a new face is a separate pressure for them.

Manchester City looks as usual and very organized but this new season there will be changes when it comes to winning the Premier League.
It has took two seasons for some coaches to win the Premier League immediately they get appointment by the club. Pep Guardiola won during his second season, Kloop, Jose Mourinho and also Conte. Ten Hag was also able to win in his first season. How long until Mikel Arteta finally wins the Premier League. They will compete stronger than they did last season. Newcastle are also a side signing good player's to withstand the Premier League and Champions League.

Yes, this is unfortunate news because every player on the Arsenal team is crucial right now.

I believe Arsenal can still play fantastic football without Gebriel Jesus starting because, as you mentioned, they have Nketiah, Trosard, and Folarin Balogun, even though it is unclear whether Balogun will stay with Arsenal at the start of the season.

I don't think the departure of Gundogan and Mahrez would make the team any weaker. Currently, Kyle Walker and Bernardo Silva are also rumoured to be leaving the club and if this happens, Pep Gardiola's second team is as strong as the first team and the departure of these players would have no effect on the team's performance next season. Manchester City has also bought Kovacic from Chelsea and has recently had an agreement with Leipzip for Josko Gvardiol, so they team looks solid and they are still favourite to win the English premier league title.

If it were to be an average football team that is struggling to make a wave the departure of two prominent players would definitely affect them. But for Manchester City, they already have a formidable first XI and a very good second XI which in fact is better than the first eleven of many other football clubs. So the depature of these two stars might not necessarily affect, Manchester City. Assuming it was Kelvin would have known that they are at risk to lose it next season. Every other person can go if Kevin-Haaland chain is there.

The manager of the club is a sublime coach and has lots of experience when it's comes to filling the space for players that left the club. Manchester city no doubt will miss the likes of gundogan but on still pep will still find a way to replace him and I believe they can still perform very well but the issue is that this time around almost all the clubs will head on ready to face the formidable attack line of their squad

This is all about the difference in pressure in those pre season games. They all know that nobody will tear them apart in the press when they lose a preparation game against a weaker team. It doesn't matter. The mental condition also doesn't matter because nothing is at risk unless they would lose a game like 0-7 against some second league team from I don't know where, but that usually doesn't happen. This will be about the start against Liverpool, that is when the pressure goes from 10% to 100% and everyone will see whether they are ready to make up for the embarrassing last season.

Chelsea have had good form during pre-season, but that will never be the best yardstick to say they will be top of the Premier League table next season. I agree Chelsea are ready for the new season, but they don't have much confidence to lead the Premier League table from day one.

I wonder if Pochettino will be able to beat Liverpool in his first match in the Premier League with Chelsea or if Pochettino has to lose to Liverpool. Basically Liverpool have a high probability of winning the game, but who knows.
