Manchester City's game this week against Brentford home has been postponed you know. It is due to Manchester City's playing in the FIFA Club World Cup finale two days ago of course. Hoewever the results of the most of the teams above them got this week have really helped Manchester City a lot. Tottenham won and got ahead of them maybe.

But Aston Villa, Liverpool and Arsenal all finished the week with only one point. Manchester City's performance in the FIFA Club World Cup was really amazing. But the most important thing now is to reflect this onto their Premier League games as well. We will see how good they will be about that.

Aston Villa played a bad match and lost their chance to take over the first position but even they get it, they will not be able to defend it for too long. A draw is a disappointed result for Aston Villa but they also must be realistic with their target in the season. Some good matches in mid of season are not enough for them to get a position in top four or to win Premier League. A best ending for them in this season is within top four which is very challenging for a club like Aston Villa. They are not actually better than Manchester United, Newcastle United, Tottenham Hotspur and in a long season, anything can happen with those clubs.

We saw the expected result in the Liverpool vs Arsenal match. The players of both the teams have performed well. The match was quite entertaining, although we did not see many goals in this match. Both Liverpool and Arsenal players have been able to perform very well.

Arsenal got one point and secure their first position but they were very luckily to get it. Liverpool really deserve to get three points but they are responsible for this draw, creating many opportunities but can not find a winning goal.

What a wasted chance by Aston Villa this week! They could have been in 1st place right now if they played more effectively against Sheffield Utd. A draw in the Liverpool - Arsenal match was going to be enough for Aston Villa to stay in that place and this match really ended like that too. I was expecting to see a better game by Liverpool.

However they were really bad in the first half despite scoring that goal by Salah. That equalizer gave Liverpool hope to play better than that in the rest of the match. But this time they started wasting big goal chances. Especially Alexander-Arnold's chance to score was an absolute one but he targeted the post.    Odegaard played with his hand there which was a clear penalty but it wasn't given either. It was a bad evening for Liverpool.

It's very unfortunate that what happened to Aston Villa this week, they could have maximized a bigger opportunity to become leaders of the standings, but unfortunately they failed to win the match against the bottom team. I think the Aston Villa team was very confident and underestimated their opponents so they didn't get maximum results.

At least a draw is way better than outright loss. Am referring to the match between Arsenal and Liverpool yesterday. I would like to think that Arsenal were the luckier side because they should have doubled their chances with the lead in first half. They are not known to be a defensive minded team like Westhampton or Chelsea with a reputation of such. Hence why the draw is better.

I doubt about Aston Villa's top spot dominance till the end of January. Manchester city may have more matches and enough time to work out their winning strategy even with Doku absent to injury among other players. January will usher in the transfer windows and am sure with the signing of new players to the EPL, the tide of top place contenders will change.

Manchester United had to languish in 8th position after being defeated by West Ham with 2 goals without reply and Rasmus Hojlund has appeared 14 times without goals and assists, he is the worst striker in the EPL so far. The match is expected to be a tight contest, with both teams looking to secure a crucial three points. Wolves can bounce back from their recent poor run of form and their home record against Chelsea in the last few appearances is much better. I think the match will probably go for a draw.

Wolves is good enough. This club was able beating some strong clubs and im not really sure chelsea will be able to gether three points from wolves. Im expecting chelsea to find it so difficult to score. Chelsea's attackers are always playing like they don't know what to do.
This is the main problem owned by chelsea. Wolves is having good mid and defense but the club lack of good strikers who can score for the club. Im sure that wolves is going to use low blockls against chelsea.

I prefer to the double chance instead of picking chelsea. It's enough to see chelsea's performance was always disappointed once it was facing a low tier club. Im sure chelsea will also lose in this match too.

It could make a difference in the end if they don't use these little advantages they have had throughout the season. There was the draw against Arsenal and then last week a draw against Manchester United. And I remember one more draw against Luton Town, which was also more like a loss. These details can add up and cost them the title at the end of the season.

That's right, Manchester United's problems come from all aspects which has not been resolved since the start of the season even though we know that last season Manchester United was not this bad they are still able to compete in the top 3 and when the injury problem comes then all the problems come together including internal problems between the player and Ten Hag. The best way to solve this is to find a new coach then reshuffled some of the players, it sounds easy but we know there are other things that become obstacles for example financial problems and player contracts with low contributions, all these problems can be solved with good finances need fresh funds.

West Ham United was the second best team in teams of possession and attacking threats in that game yesterday but they still managed to hold on and didn't concede a goal instead scored two late goals to seal their victory in that game.

Yeah not all matches end like what we expect something unexpected can happen, if you expect Aston Villa to beat Sheffield so Liverpool fans also hope they can beat Manchester United in the previous match but that's what happened the final result was not as expected.  Now, For the final match, Chelsea will take the win and get all 3 points and get into the Christmas break comfortably in mid table position, however Our expectations doesn’t always be the results of the game because football is a game of 90 minutes and we can’t fully predict what goes down till after 90 minutes, so let's sit back and watch the outcome of today's match, if Chelsea would win or kill our expectations.

Since we are only an hour away from the match between chelsea vs wolves and this is going to be a very interesting match, i meant all of eyes will be going to this match caused by this is the last match of current matchday.

I remember that chelsea was losing against wolves in the last match. Chelsea shall have come with something new or at least it will have better chemistry compared to the last season. Wolves considerably strong caused by it were beating some big clubs.
