Honestly, I don't see any connection with being "inspired to believe" with luck to come onto yourself. Sometimes this logic causes some players to lose more than they can afford to... causing to harm them mentally and emotionally.

I'm not sure if the site's number of promotions is related to the Duelbits team's interest. Basketball is of course a very well-known sport and is played worldwide. I also have no idea what the volume of bets on basketball is, but I do suspect that quite a few amounts are bet on basketball matches.
