Nobody to warn for. It's only an hour wasted of my life and another bitter moment of having to live through the situation again.

I can understand your frustration, but I have to disagree. While the website may be gone for now, raising a flag and sharing your experience with others can still serve a purpose. By doing so, you can potentially prevent others from falling victim to scam in case the casino ever comes back and resumes business. Right now, we still don't know if the site's outage is just temporary or if they have indeed closed their doors for good. As you can see from the previous comments, their other domain is still active. So, we'll have to wait and see how the situation unfolds.

And that other website (betnomi.bet) is simply an old version of their website of 2021. This was clarified already before.

I think you misunderstand what FatFork tried to say, he simply suggested that, suppose betnomi really fold their business [just like you're sure they do], flags and accusation threads from members who have strong evidences might help others, suppose they didn't know the current situation and tried to access via betnomi.bet.

It is, certainly, completely up to your decision if you want to raise an accusation thread or not.

Things are not looking any good out here. I haven't been around lately but I had some hope that the Betnomi team would appear and clarify things, even though it wasn't the best way to go on maintenance without any further notice or communication posted on their website or social media accounts and what they did is only making them very suspected of a scam attempt. Now, when I try to access the website, I no longer see the maintenance notice like the first days but instead, I see an error message: INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR, which seems to be and suggest that there's a high chance  Betnomi won't come back at all.
I hope there will be a special discussion and a topic where every person who has funds stuck on the casino before the shut down can come together to assess how much Betnomi might still owe them, and then file a complaint against the casino with Curacao the entity that granted them a license.

Betnomi.bet does not work, you cannot register and/or deposit on there. It even says on the right bottom corner "invalid website"

One of their telegram channel admin had said that they will relaunch Betnomi with better in-house games, the message was sent on the 3rd July. Surprisingly, those messages have been deleted by Betnomi telegram group admin. Which is another sign that they aren't going to relaunch their casino.

I rather focus my energy on trying to convince other books to create a bailout situation for the victims where they can get their (part of) funds back.

Creating a red flag against Betnomi is left for the victims of the platform who may have lost their money in the incident that involve Betnomi where the casino parked off without any notice to the clients and have violated the right to access their funds on the casino, but if there is not substantial evidence against the casino the flag will not still stand.
On the creation of a bailout for the victims by other casinos, it still sounds to be a lost hope because most of the casinos are also struggling to remain in business so making a bailout for another casino's mistake is a big waste of time and resources.

Sorry, for last few weeks I am not following these type of cases closely. Just had a read of last few posts and bad to know that it hasn't been solved yet. Do we have a list of victims who can create flags? I think there are no point for us to wait more and see which direction they are going. May be they are waiting for a whale to make some deposits [if deposits are working] and then they will just disappears. Creating a flag and supporting it may save some rich guy to get scammed.

Since you asked... at a glance, far as I know, three that could raise a thread and a flag will be Stayzor as mentioned above, with case of 20,000 USD and boroBTC, with case of several thousand euros [the exact amount is not specified]. Both of them don't have a scam accusation thread against betnomi or raised any flag, just posts. GekkeBelg has a 0.9 BTC case too, but he also haven't raise any thread.

I don't think the other two other complainants on CG, zIPiico and sobcapnun, of which the verdict by CG are in favor to their side, have an account here, so I don't think they'll come and raise any thread or flag.


Edit: ahh... there, boroBTC is right above me, posting when I compose this post.

I see all three of them are active, at-least one of them's oldest login date is 27th.
@Stayzor, boroBTC and GekkeBelg, I think it's time for you guys to help us. Create flags. Create three flags from three different users and let the community decides. I will be the one who will support without giving a second thinking. I had enough of it.

Maybe next time take people at face value. Why would anyone spend weeks trying to "slander" a book for a 100 bucks. They were going broke then. But for every person saying they got slowed paid in this thread 4 or 5 people would shout them down. If you feel you have proof and screenshots that you are losing money because this site has gone out to be a scam, you should give a red mark on the betnomi account to prevent beginners from staying away from this site, well even though this site seems to be inaccessible anymore but at least it's a precaution take care if one day they come back again with the same domain.

I think the domain is still valid and has not expired maybe they could come back or not, but you have the right to mark their account with a red flag or flag their account, at least create a thread on the accusation board to complete your loss information from this site, I think that's your right and I see that some of those who have lost money have also marked red on the betnomi account.

It seems to me that it is the same owner. In addition to the post that Mahdirakib found, looking at the DNS history, both domains are registered with the same provider ^GoDaddy, plus they have very close updates in a short period of time. Also, the domains are directed to different Cloudflare servers and it is quite possible that they work independently.
But these are not proofs, just guesses.
