Encountered zero problems so far (all payouts quickly processed) but my most recent withdrawal from 4 days ago is still pending. I already asked live chat on Saturday and they said they would inform finance department of it but so far it's still pending. I'm not sure if you don't process withdrawals in the weekends or if there was some technical error and I need to request the payout once again? Please let me know, or simply process the payout if there are no issues. After I received the funds I will continue gambling.

Okay, I can report that 1 hour ago, after 6 days of waiting, I finally received the withdrawal. I hope (and think) this was a one off big delay and from now on things will go smoothly again.Thanks for your offer to help.

I have a problem with that casino.

In my last withdrawal they request me to pass the KYC, and after that they close my account, the reason was by creating multiple accounts, they didn't give my the chance to withdraw the 300$ of the balance.
I admit that I've created two accounts, first one opened with my secondary email (the one I ve to receibe spam)  just to test the service. As I verified that the casino was trustworthy, I decided to open a new account with my main email.
I didn't accept no wellcome bonus nor promotion for any of two accounts, just closed the first one and opened another  and didn't know it was against the casino rules.

I understand that was my fault to not read the conditions of the service and for that the account will remain closed, but I think is not correct to steal my final balance. All the winnings was legit as I never accepted any wellcome bonus or promotion to open an account. Casino support didn't reply to mails.
I just want my money back.

That’s it my friend you did a mistake not reading the terms that you agreed on before signing up an account and twice xd. So don’t expect anything from Betnomi support you should learn a lesson and move on it wasn’t stealing your money you broke the rules so they have do that. You should understand that opening multiple accounts is not allowed for many reasons. If it happened and you got your money back than you are so lucky and it’s so kind from their team otherwise you should forget about it and never do it again.


I would like to share my experience with Betnomi Poker. I was surprised to learn that you offer online poker instead of just video poker like many other casinos i have seen. I was also so impressed by the low minimum required to play at a table and available players which meant I never had to wait long to join a table of 5 or 6 players. I will definitely be spending more time at this casino.
In the past I have tried other casinos that required a minimum balance of $20 or more which was so bad because I had to deposit more money every time my balance goes below that amount. Beside that it was difficult to find a full table of players which made the experience less enjoyable and didn’t try to play again long time ago but it’s another story with Betnomi. I highly recommend Betnomi Poker for these reasons.

I actually noticed the topic a bit late and I wish I had seen it earlier. Unfortunately the timing of the tournament makes it impossible for me to participate. And I only learned how to play poker two years ago but I have come to love the game. I keep watching videos and streams of the latest world tournaments to learn more. I hope that one day we can play side by side at a table and have some fun.

Makes no sense to create 1 account on 1 email, then when you feel like you trust the platform make a 2nd account. Why do that? You just open yourself up to being told you broke the sites ToS. Just a word of advice, when you make an account on any site, you should probably read said ToS and know what is and isn't legal.

This kind of company is obviously a scam. When they said that KYC was not required for withdrawals, I knew it was a fraudulent company. In the end, after reading the comments from many people who were asked to do KYC, if you can't afford to play fair then don't start a company.

Not required for all customers is not the same as not required for ANY customers. If you don't do anything fishy they will not ask KYC. Myself I have had an account for 3 months and had multiple withdrawals but never was asked for KYC. Betnomi are a decent company and I'm very satisfied with them.

I made a similar bet with Leicester and Sevilla win and I added Arsenal but both of this teams failed big time today.
After watching most of the match Leicester vs Everton I can say that home team had more chances and they missed big chance for 3:1, but Everton had their chances also.
I didn't watch Sevilla match but they are always very unpredictable team, they can win or lose from anyone.

As I mentioned in my previous post, I discovered Poker on your casino, and I will be spending more time playing it. I have also played Sweet Bonanza Slot a few times. I made several deposits and four withdrawals today all of which were processed quickly and successfully. However when I tried to withdraw a larger than usual amount it was declined and I was asked to complete a KYC process which is understandable.

I proceeded to the intermediate verification level but I don't understand the advanced level. It is asking me for proof of address and a source of funds. I am not sure what kind of documents I should send to you for the source of funds verification knowing that i only work online and dealing with crypto.
