Not that the above was a problem beyond having situations where you won't log in from a PC or laptop that you use frequently.

Has anyone passed the advanced KYC verification process in Betnomi casino? I was asked to upload specific documents which are :proof of address and source of funds specifically in English language. However my region doesn't provide any official documents in English language and I have already passed the intermediate level with a French language ID and i have been asked to upload the any available documents from Live Chat support and hopefully they will get accepted . I do not understand why would any casino will emphasis on providing the KYC documents in English language. Usually the KYC documents are legal documents that are made in local languages and casino's should accept them as it is. They could still see the name and picture and try to recognize it.

Moreover, if they still do not accept, try to do your KYC with your passport as i suppose that would be made in English language.

Since when Betnomi started doing stuff like this?
I know they always had more relaxed approach towards kyc verification procedure, maybe now they partnered with some new company that is asking for this details, but I dont like this questions at all and it reminds on banks and big exchanges.
Only reason I would understand is if they identify someone is abusing with bonuses and creating multiple accounts.

It is understandable if the team responsible for documents verification only understands English. However since the casino accepts users from many regions and countries they should be aware that English is not a valid language for official documents issued by most governments and also those documents are only to prove address and age. As a result of not accepting other languages or hiring translators at least to help them then many users will be unable to pass the verification process which does not make sense.
At this point I have provided my documents to the casino and I’m awaiting a response.

About the english language of documents, i dont know why they recall for something like that, its obvisuly most of the documents cant be on english if we are from not speaking english countries.

I think only a passport its in both language.

It's not a bug dude, if I am not mistaken, I think it's one the features of this forum, you can actually edit the subject of the topic while you are in the comment typing area.
I personally do not know how useful this feature is, because I rarely see users make use of it, but I think it's cool to have it just incase...

With it, users are able to start a new subject or discussion, inside an already existed and active subject, but then, the new subject must be related to the parent subject being discussed.
This is my personal conception of this though, I could be wrong.

As another user correctly said - you can edit. I just want to add that this type of post can also turn out due to the fact that, due to their laziness, when writing a post, the user does not go to the last page of the thread, but quotes the first post, and when the tab opens, the user deletes the iterated content and writes his text. In this case, the name of the thread remains as in 1 or 2 post (i mean the original post).

Update: My Betnomi account has been fully verified and my French documents have been accepted as well after thinking that Betnomi accepts only English documents but it wasn’t the case fortunately the team took care of that. I have also received all of my withdrawals since then. The Betnomi team was very helpful to be honest and answered all of my concerns on the live chat support. I had a great experience and a good luck playing their slot games and was fortunate enough to win some money with Sweet Bonanza.

I have been a very satisfied customer since joining 2,5 months ago. You have a very nice website and a good offer of sportsbetting. I left my review here:

Encountered zero problems so far (all payouts quickly processed) but my most recent withdrawal from 4 days ago is still pending. I already asked live chat on Saturday and they said they would inform finance department of it but so far it's still pending. I'm not sure if you don't process withdrawals in the weekends or if there was some technical error and I need to request the payout once again? Please let me know, or simply process the payout if there are no issues. After I received the funds I will continue gambling.

So I thought these delayed payouts were behind us, and ever since I had 2 more payouts swiftly processed within hours. But now we are back to delayed payouts because I have one pending for 3,5 days already. Can you please process that one and make sure that in the future payouts will never take longer than max 24 hours? I think that's reasonable to ask.

In fact, I also waited several days for the withdrawal of funds, but I believe this was due to the workload of the mempool (especially since Betnomi does not charge transaction fees).

No, still not....5 days now.
Well yes, I know the network is congested now, but shouldn't the status not have been changed to processed (but not neccessarily confirmed) then? Pending as far as I know simply means they didn't send it yet. I'm not stressing a lot over it since I had one which took 6 days last month (and that was without a congested network), but it's not how it should be.

Try contacting their live chat support as i find it very helpful on my previous experiences. I have been using Betnomi casino lately and I have never waited longer than 12 hours for the longest withdrawal order, except for the one time when I had to submit my documents for account verification. Knowing thta I use USDT for both deposits and withdrawals orders so that might be the reason why my requests are processed quicker. And Im sure that it’s annoying to wait days just to withdraw and proceed a withdrawal order, but there is likely a reasonable explanation for this delay such as the amount of money being gambled or network congestion either way you will receive an answer soon.

9 days of waiting now and still pending, this is rediculous.
Yes, ofcourse I have talked to their support but all they keep saying is we will send a message to our financial team and you will receive a confirmation email when your withdrawal has been sent.

Betnomi, please send the withdrawal. I thought the previous time of 6 days of waiting back in April, was a record but this is getting even beyond that!

The situation is still going on. It's now 10,5 days of waiting for my pending withdrawal. All previous withdrawals went quickly apart from one which took 6 days one time.
I hope Betnomi is not in financial problems because this is getting abnormal. My username is GekkeBelg in Betnomi too btw. Hope to hear from you soon!
