This does not look like classical exit scam, but they are slowly sinking the Betnomi ship.

I still can't believe they disappeared just like that... but days are passing, and for some people, Betnomi has reached a point of no return days ago.

Yes, you literally have a good point there, because if no accusation is made against this site, if they mistakenly happens to come back in operation, so will they continue to scam more people since there isn't any online proof to show they actually did scam people some time ago, so taking this allegations to the appropriate corners (i.e Askgamblers.com, Trustpilot and ScamAdviser.com) is the best thing to do now, so as to create awareness to people who will likely want to fall victim to it tomorrow, just as shown below.

It's really going to hurt everyone in this thread who still wish they were back to date, considering the cases I've encountered most sites either didn't clarify for a long time about their site's problems or just disappeared most of them quit the business and walked away bankrupt, but I wouldn't want to say they've been a scam for now.

I'm sure that by saying their site was scam it would hurt people who still hope they come back, I'm also not an active user on this site but there really isn't anything anyone can do to make them come back, I don't know in any way even their representatives here communicate with the Betnomy team but haven't gotten really satisfying results. the site still hasn't come back until it's currently under maintenance don't know when it will be back up again or if they really are gone for good.

But the opening of a scam accusation must be by someone who has been scammed or at least someone who has clear evidence of fraud. For example, I can't do something like that, I didn't even have an account there. I even received a valuable prize (custom Ledger x) won in the contest. It would be hypocritical to accuse them without evidence.
Although I find it quite strange that there is not a single accusation after the site has been offline for a long time.
It is certainly necessary that they give some explanations.

I've been quite acquainted with you and cases you have against platforms throughout the scam accusations board, and I can only give a ballpark of how much you lost. To add 0.9 btc on top of that pile... I can only hope you didn't lose enough that'll drastically affect and alter your life quality.

And then, we can finally get a better picture of extent of the damage of this current issue. Recently, throughout several threads across several boards on this forum, many were wondering why [if we suppose Betnomi hits an ice berg] there were no complaint, no scam accusation raised, no body wailed their lost deposit, except for an user who lost 20,000 USD who escalated their case on CG, as well as boroBTC and GekkeBelg above, and yet there's still no one "formally raise a complaint" on scam accusations board. And there it is, finally a suggestion for someone who got their money stuck on the platform to file their complaint. I think it's a good approach for the community if boroBTC would want to. The scam accusation might be won't help returning the fund back, but it can at the very least inform us how serious the situation is, how severe the damage is, and --at the very least-- allows people who frustrated at their lost fund a way to vent their frustration

I'm not trying to put salt in anyones wound but we really tried to aware and warn everyone but most of the people in this thread chose to ignore or had biases. The writing was on the wall and I'm not surprised that this is happening at all.

Personally, I never liked how Betnomi operated from the very beginning. They had so many issues and then at times they would try to clean up the reputation through contest sponsorships, signature and review campaigns only to mess up again with more issues. The cycle went on and on.

Why is there anything to be shamed about? I have to take a refresher course to get reacquainted with your case, and after reading it, even with the situation betnomi is currently neck-depth in, it'll still be wrong to support your flag. Your case was proven that they did not delete your betting history, you just did not set the right filter, and the reason why your fund was confiscated for far too long is because you did not submit a document they requested for KYC. All processed accordingly the instance you provide it. Were you suggesting people should support a flag for a case with such basis?

The statement of which members agreed upon supporting type-1 flag, your flag, is:

None of it is valid because the reference that's became the basis of the flag shows otherwise. If people have to support these flags just because now betnomi --if we assume for a second here-- is proven to be abandoning the sinking ship, this will be a wrong way to support flag. This is why the need for anyone having their funds confiscated by betnomi to raise their scam accusation and --if they deem necessary-- a flag against the platform.

If all signs shows and verified to be a concrete evidences of an abuse, I am sure DTs will not hesitate to support the flag.

Maintenance page is now removed from Betnomi website and I see they have new error page now, saying The Edge Function crashed, with internal 500 server error.
Maybe they are working on coming back but I still didnt saw any official explanations or announcement from them.

Looks like we will all get the same error. With the lack of response from the site rep, i'm guessing they have disappeared for good. If they return, likely will be rebranded so be on the lookout for different casino same software provider of betconstruct.
