This is truly so unbelievable and tiring.....after 18 days of waiting Betnomi cancelled my pending withdrawal last week without any information. Live chat also didn't know why and advised me to request it again, so I did that last week. Then 2 days later I suddenly received an email asking for a KYC completion. I did that immediately that same day and in my account it now shows that this is succesfully verified. But after that, again silence. I sent 2 emails to support@betnomi.com asking them why they still don't process my withdrawal after I succesfully completed KYC verification but they simply don't answer. Also in livechat they keep stating only the same general remarks like they have been doing for the past 3 weeks already "we are looking into it", "we will check", "we will process it as soon as possible" etc but nothing happens at all.
I have never seen a casino/sportsbook which is so unresponsive. I truly don't know what to do anymore and the 2 representatives on this forum have not been online since 17th May and 9th May respectively. And all of this is even weirder when you realize that in the first 3 months of my account I never had any problems and all my 5 withdrawals were succesfully processed within a couple days max.

You make a lot of assumptions.....of course I have been checking my pending withdrawal status every single day....and yes it really was pending for 18 days and then rejected.....I saw it with my own eyes. And the KYC request email has a date in my inbox and that is 24th of May....so all I said was correct. Very weird that you doubt my story and even speak of wasting time when you have no information on my account.
And I never said it was not fair, ofcourse it's fair. That's why I completed the KYC the same day they asked it. The thing what I find weird is that now, 5 days after completing KYC the withdrawal is still pending. I thought me succesfully completing the KYC verification would have solved the problem.

Guys, finally I received my withdrawal this morning! After initially waiting 18 days and then getting rejected, and then waiting 8 more days for the new one.
Totally unacceptable but at least they are honest. Their communication with customers needs to improve a lot though. I will never leave a big amount in there anymore, it gives me too much stress. I will now request some more withdrawals and hope at least those go quicker.

If you upload the necessary documents you will pass and validate your account, i was asked to upload documents in English language only but i only have french documents and they accepted them after that. It took me no more than 3 days to fully verify my account with advanced KYC process.

The other thing i want to share is the delayed withdrawals lately, my request in my previous experiences didn’t take anything more than 2-8 hours, But my last request now it’s been almost two days without any updates and still on pending status. I contacted live support chat and they asked me to wait. I hope the team do something about this and also come back to Bitcointalk as we didn’t see any representative here weeks ago.

The KYC process is very slow and frustrating for me too.....It took them 5 days before they accepted my Proof of Address document. But they rejected the Source of Funds doc. And the new one which I uploaded is already in pending mode for 3 days now.

I hope things get back to normal and the usual Betnomi casino with its good customer service and fast withdrawals. First days i registered with the casino were so good and my deposits and withdrawals were processed almost instantly.

I demand an explanation, but they didn't give me any. The recommendation is that I make another withdrawal. This is on the edge of the law. They are withholding my money without explanation.

Yes I agree that sometimes it's okay to wait on such things since we all understand how payments are processed. For exmp you may request a withdrawal when the casino wallet address for payment is low or when there's nobody available to process your order. However the problem with Betnomi lately is that you can request a payment and end up waiting for days without any updates on your order. But once you cancel it through live chat and play a bit more before requesting a withdrawal again, even with a small difference in losses you receive your withdrawal almost instantly. That’s what i experienced personally.
It's annoying to think that this casino might be intentionally trying to make you lose before allowing a withdraw and it’s been good before this incidents lately.

Update on my situation: it took me 2 weeks to get fully verified, but now I am. It was an annoying process with several times rejected uploaded documents and then waiting 3 to 5 days per new uploaded item to approve or reject.

After the verification was finished they enabled withdrawal option again on my account and this was now 5 days ago. But ever since my withdrawal has been pending now for 5 days. Even on a fully verified advanced status account. I will report when I got the funds.

Did you try withdrawing coins from Betnomi website?
This is the first time I see message like this, but maybe they limited your account for some reason.
You can try small bet on casino games that use different providers to see if it something connected with BetConstruct who is in partnership with them.

Everybody has this problem. It looks to me that they didn't pay their odds provider in time and they have been blocked by their own provider since a couple days. Or possibly they are switching odds providers.
In the mean time I am already waiting for 15 days on my pending withdrawal on my fully verified account.

No and I've just 24$ there currently after wasting all my deposits and free bets.
