Why is nobody from Betnomi team responding something about this in forum?
I know icopress is a good guy who is just trying to help you, but he is not part of official Betnomi team, so they need to wake up.
Maybe they have something to do internally. The Betnomi account was actively two days ago and it can be because the ping from icopress. If their team member was actively recently, I think they will return with their answer soon.

They logged in their account one day after the post of icopress and I think it is a signal of their intention to resolve that case.

That's beyond the normal processing time for withdrawals. The standard processing time is usually supposed to be at least 24 hours. Waiting for 12 days raises concerns that there might be an issue with the account. It's possible that the account has been flagged for violating the Terms of Service (TOS), but that is just speculation at this point. It's important for the team to respond and address this matter to provide clarification and resolve any potential issues.

I apologize for your bad experience and I genuinely understand your concerns of having to wait such a long time for a withdrawal. Personally I feel disappointed when my order takes more than a few hours to process which never happened with me in Betnomi casino to me so if that was me i could feel the same or worse.
So It would be better if they could provide a valid reason for the delay perhaps due to the high amount involved, Since in my recent use of the casino I have had a few withdrawals processed in less than 2 hours and everything was going well.

I hope you receive your withdrawal and also a prompt response soon and please keep us informed about the situation. I am sure that Icopress will assist you with everything he could, but it's up to the hands of Betnomi's responsible team.

I really don't understand if those who recommend it are directly related to Betnomi. The whole 13-day process was very painful, especially when it involved a large amount of funds. If the money can be received within a certain period of time, even waiting for a month is acceptable. The main problem is that Betnomi currently does not have enough good reputation to prove this point. I hope everyone will not blindly recommend such platforms. Maybe you play well on Betnomi, but it cannot represent everyone. The requirements for withdrawal delay and kyc must be in English documents which is illogical; only a few cryptocurrency platforms suitable for public use exist, but it is definitely not Betnomi.

Betnomi has always paid non abusers to this point. They are always late it seems, but they so far have always paid. Only advice I can offer is, if you can afford to wait on a withdrawal playing there to this point has not been a risk. I cannot say what the future holds.

Your situation is special and honestly it feels like something is missing or there's an issue somewhere. You are now experiencing a delay with your withdrawal order but I've had several successful withdrawals that were processed quickly usually taking only a few minutes or a maximum of one hour when you’re waiting 13 days and yet nothing happened.
Please if you could confirm if your account is fully verified? Maybe the treatment is different with verified and unverified accounts also it would be helpful to know the amount you're trying to withdraw and the method you are using.

It's surely not acceptable for a small withdrawal to take more than 13 days to process but we're awaiting a response from a Betnomi representative here in bitcointalk to clarify your case and provide an explanation for this delay.

Encountered zero problems so far (all payouts quickly processed) but my most recent withdrawal from 4 days ago is still pending. I already asked live chat on Saturday and they said they would inform finance department of it but so far it's still pending. I'm not sure if you don't process withdrawals in the weekends or if there was some technical error and I need to request the payout once again? I understand that was my fault to not read the conditions of the service and for that the account will remain closed, but I think is not correct to steal my final balance.

That’s it my friend you did a mistake not reading the terms that you agreed on before signing up an account and twice xd. So don’t expect anything from Betnomi support you should learn a lesson and move on it wasn’t stealing your money you broke the rules so they have do that. You should understand that opening multiple accounts is not allowed for many reasons. If it happened and you got your money back than you are so lucky and it’s so kind from their team otherwise you should forget about it and never do it again.



I would like to share my experience with Betnomi Poker. I was surprised to learn that you offer online poker instead of just video poker like many other casinos i have seen. I was also so impressed by the low minimum required to play at a table and available players which meant I never had to wait long to join a table of 5 or 6 players. I will definitely be spending more time at this casino.
In the past I have tried other casinos that required a minimum balance of $20 or more which was so bad because I had to deposit more money every time my balance goes below that amount. Beside that it was difficult to find a full table of players which made the experience less enjoyable and didn’t try to play again long time ago but it’s another story with Betnomi. I highly recommend Betnomi Poker for these reasons.

Chiming in with what several people has pointed out here, that is not a robbery, that is a rule agreed on ToS being enforced.

I am not trying to give you a false hope, but have you checked your initial account, a.k.a. the spam-acocunt? Try to look there. If your balance wasn't there, refer to the text below from their ToS I marked in blue. If some is there, then congratulation and refer to the text I marked in green. Pay attention to the underlined words, they don't have any obligation to take that action, it's in their full discretion to take which of the two options available.
 
If you open or attempt to open more than one Member Account, for whatever reason, Betnomi may block or close any or all of your Member Accounts at its discretion.

I asume the mistake, but this cannot be an excuse to steal my money. They can even invalidate all winnings if I was on positive balance, but close the account with my current balance that's a robbery.
They cannot fight an infraction with an greater infraction.


I don’t know why you can’t understand this simple thing, you know about their rules and even like that you decided to not follow those rules but here you are not liking the results of your actions. Nobody stole your money you are the one who lost it that time you made a deposit and break the casino rules by creating multiple account in order to exploit things in your favor which is against the rules (myself i had two accounts with betnomi, i forgot that i had an old account before and their support verified that and closed the extra account without any issues). So you actually tried to cheat by multiplying accounts.

And yes! it’s clearly mentioned that you will lose all the money inside your account.

You are assuming that I have created several accounts to cheat. I can understand you believing that, but betnomi has all the data to see that this is not true.
I didn't take advantage of any extra privileges for opening the new account.
In both accounts, I never accepted any wellcome bonus, I made less than 20 bets with small amounts. I transferred all my full balance from my old account to the new one.  I didn't even hide that.

I would come to understand that they canceled the benefits and only returned the deposits. Even can understand that they can discount some amount for some cost that it has generated, but that they keep the full balance, I consider it an abuse.

Just one more thing, the t&c can put what they want, but there are clauses that legally can be considered abusive. You just need to want to go to the end.

This is truly so unbelievable and tiring.....after 18 days of waiting Betnomi cancelled my pending withdrawal last week without any information. Live chat also didn't know why and advised me to request it again, so I did that last week. Then 2 days later I suddenly received an email asking for a KYC completion. I did that immediately that same day and in my account it now shows that this is succesfully verified. But after that, again silence. I sent 2 emails to support@betnomi.com asking them why they still don't process my withdrawal after I succesfully completed KYC verification but they simply don't answer. Also in livechat they keep stating only the same general remarks like they have been doing for the past 3 weeks already "we are looking into it", "we will check", "we will process it as soon as possible" etc but nothing happens at all.
I have never seen a casino/sportsbook which is so unresponsive. I truly don't know what to do anymore and the 2 representatives on this forum have not been online since 17th May and 9th May respectively. And all of this is even weirder when you realize that in the first 3 months of my account I never had any problems and all my 5 withdrawals were succesfully processed within a couple days max.
