Hello,

I just wanted to state that when trying to update this Minergate in Ubuntu, updating doesn't work.  I think it is due to the signing key, ends with 39D, with a date of 2014-3-26, which may no longer be appropriate..  When I go to update, the following error comes back from Software Updater:

"Requires installation of untrusted packages
This requires installing packages from unauthenticated sources."

Aaaaand it stops right there.  It's always worked in the past, but I noticed it's not updating now.

Suggestions welcomed.

Well, nobody responded here in this thread, and the signing key corresponding to Minergate is still old and not working to update with the standard software updater process as mentioned with the Ubuntu process.  So I just went to the Minergate page and downloaded the new one from there, which when I went to unpackage it, it prompted me to upgrade it in the Ubuntu Software Center.  I did that and it completed the update.  It successfully updated to v.5.0.3 for Linux - Ubuntu (14.04 or later 64 bit in my case).

I believe I'll have to restart to use the Software Updater successfully again, but basically it seems to have done ok with this method.

Running a 12 core system with a 970 GTX, and trying to figure out if I've done something wrong. Windows GUI is reporting ~200H/s for CPU and ~15H/s for GPU. I'm used to running GPU only mining (was on YAAMP forever), but its been my experience that GPU should be faster than CPU. System is fully updated on latest software / patches / drivers. Everything runs as expected against YAAMP clones, and SimpleMulti, so I'm 99% sure its not my hardware.

I've also got roughly 40% bad shares, and none of the logs will open from the menu for me to try and do any of my own troubleshooting.

Might help to mention that I'm using the GUI miner, set to Smart Miner, which at this time has been on XMR for both CPU and GPU, with FCN set for merged mining.

Anyone? Opened a ticket as well, but thought I might get better / faster information from here.
