There's no proof to back that they will pay our coins yet, isn't it?
Minergate will damage the coins also, not only the miners.
The Dev Team of the coins should post alert to anyone want mine their coins in Minergate, untill the withdraw running smoothly.

I was prepared for this type of response.

that is extremely low amounts.  My problems are when I try to withdraw say 10,000,00 bcn or 300 QCN

I only did that as a test. Every time I do a pull I refresh my wallet and do a back up and quite frankly dont want to do that right now.

I do have a lot in my unconfirmed, I can confrim that much, but we dont need people coming on here spreading crazyness which has just transcended to the monero thread about not trusting this pool, it has offered alot to the community. I understand they should be more transparent, but they dont deserve the new guys coming in and spreading the hate.

I agree, I like minergate I have used them for quite some time.  And I also didn't check until you said that but I do see quite a bit just hasn't confirmed.

I have to say, you're so lovely!
While you getting withdraw, can't solve the other's stuck. That's the fact. The issue should be fixed by coins withdraw normally, not just how loud you defense.

2. withdraws not working 2 days and balance stock on BCN 12 h

Hmmm..why confirmed balance running so slowly ? i have few Monero and BCN unconfirmed and also i tested QCN for few minutes and there everything was ok while the miner worked after i switched on Monero the QCN confirmation stoped ...

Changed to --pass=pass then OK but share submitted for BCN not QCN

4 days and I still can't withdraw.

- It's been 7 days and I still can't withdraw my coins.
- Other people seem to be having the same problem
- The only response from the dev has been "Everything should works properly right now."
- In the meantime there have been updates to the miner.
Seriously? Updates to the miner? Optimizing the miner is a higher priority than getting the withdrawals working?

It's been suggested in this thread that people with withdrawal issues are doing something wrong. Since the screenshot isn't enough to prove that this isn't user error, I created another Minergate account, mined a small amount of LTC to it, and tried to withdraw. Here's a video of the error in action.

I'm not here to spread FUD, it's just a simple fact that there is problem withdrawals for some people. I have no doubt that the Minergate team will fix it, they have been honest so far. My complaint is with their prioritizing enhancements over bug fixes.

Hello I have a problem. I'm mining QCN on linux on the minergate pool with simpleminer, here is the cmd:

./minerd -a cryptonight -o bcn.pool.minergate.com:5555 -u myemail -p x

I have 2 questions:
The "x" in the password is only a "x",or it's a password of a wallet (but here we don't put our wallet) or it's the password of my account on minergate ?
And if the "x" is only a "x" why on the pool my status is offline and my hashrate is 0, whereas i'm mining for 30min and i see shares accepted on my cmd windows?

I am the biggest miner on this pool.

I have withdrawn 1000+ mro and qcn

All I see is people crying like babies over pennies.

For a new pool ( for me anyway not sure how long its been online) I can say they are excellent prompt reply's from customer support good updates and a simple miner which is faster then simpleminer.

The pool is legit.
