So are anyones miners actually  mining at their advertised rate? so many complaints just on this page

I did not complain, I only said what the details are. I'm confident Jeff will get it all fixed.

Just give him a day or so to get it sorted.

Falcons don't seem to have issues. My are running as advertised or slightly above. I get around 30MH/s with the Falcon. Widow seems to suck though... Sad

I bet they already know about the issue and are working non-stop to get them running how they should be. If we're lucky, they'll fix the issue and give us some store credit or something. Smiley

The War Machine does not like Betarigs or Nicehash. For some reason they don't play nice. I have a hunch that it has to do with the miner software, but could be wrong. Still sending info to Jeff, he's knee deep in issues so I haven't had a reply yet.

Here is a screenshot of the War Machine hashing on Coinshift multipool. It's been there for about an hour now. The pool diff is a little low (vardiff, I have no control). This is the result:

Thank You for the Update. I was just looking for hash rates. I know that some users had reported between 60 and 66. So I just wanted to see if you were getting those same numbers. I am sure that hash numbers on all units will be increase over time as the bugs are worked out.

OK - got my Pi in today's mail.  That makes #3 of those cuties for me.  Alas, I normally burn my own software, so am stuck a bit:

Its boots just fine, but I'm clueless on userid and password.  Tried the default "pi" and "raspberry" but its not letting me in.

The zenminer.com register page isn't working from Firefox on my desktop either, although I'm guessing that would want to run from the PI.

Can someone help an old person out without being too abusive for me being an idiot?  Just need a "getting started" line or two...

Thanks,

Cassey

My guess is that the ZenController is just a middle point to your miners and Zenminer's website, which is where your actual host page will be to control your miners and pools. There won't be anything for you to access directly from the ZenController, just plug it in and register at zenminer.com.

Zenminer's page for registration is not yet active.

Ah... on both points.  Somehow it has got to talk back to home, and that may well require me to poke a hole in my firewalls.  I'd expect to be able to do something with the PI though, otherwise why provide the HDMI cable?  Just to watch it boot?  (Not complaining mind you.)

Where oh where are GAW_CEO and Rami?  Sorry folks, you ran contests on here last night and launch day is less than spectacular.

Please address this thread, I've even come back just to ask for you two personally.  I'm only waiting on tracking on a week one Fury and for zen's site to work (and fix their Zeus link), other people have bigger issues.

Thanks for jumping in but don't. We're posting our own stuff and don't need you to be our proxy for issues you're not even having. You're proving their deleting of your posts as the right thing by constantly causing friction where it's not needed.

Right now I want them addressing the issues that we're having.  I'm waiting for a miner that I don't have tracking info for, which is okay because zenMiner doesn't work yet, asking people for info on how the miners that are running are doing because we know nothing about the actual hardware and performance other than the frightening performance numbers we have seen.

I'm done screwing around, if they can run a contest they should have been a) sending tracking and b) making sure their partner site works.  Now I want my hardware and I want to be able to mine with it, so I'm calling out the folks who were kind enough to be here for antics but are silent with pages of issues now posted.

So, not to be rude, but keep it to yourself.  Me and freaking waldo are here responding to people and we don't like GAW, GAW can show up.
They are probably sleeping at the moment. I was talking with Josh until about 3AM his time (before I got tired and went to bed) and Jeff sent me an email at 5AM his time (working through the night). They are human and do require some sleep. Give em a little breathing room.

A spectacular "bleeding edge rollouts" of any new products and infrastructure without bumps is for scifi only, I'm just impressed that the CEO (Josh) was in here on a holiday and responding to issues... Don't get me wrong, not going to say I like the fact that it's bumpy, but how it's handled so far has been top shelf for me, I'm just going to ask if you think any other team would take there day off to appease customers on a extended weekend such as Memorial weekend.

Keep up the good works you're doing a fine job... combining bleeding edge technology and those that jump on that wagon, should expect some bumps... naturally.

As far as me, I regrettably sent them ~25BTC which I had to beg and plead to get back. So, I have no dog in this fight but I feel its fair for both sides (happy customers, not happy customers) to be heard.

May I ask why you regret sending BTC/placing the order?

Process Output:

I am sure Josh and Rami are under a severe crunch and doing the best they can. I bet they don't get to take a break while on the toilet, probably have to read posts and run contests for free stuff in between all of the other stuff they do. Someone saw the marketing guy tearing down boxes. Love checking in on this thread and know they will work out tracking numbers and get these brand new boxes purring soon. Thanks for working hard on the launch. Get some sleep at some point guys!
