Hey for those wondering about the hosted Black Widow, I thought I'd give an update. Earlier today it was a real crap shoot... rebooting and losing hash speeds about every 20 minutes. I sent an email to hosting support describing the issues, which was turned into a trouble ticket. I haven't heard back since then, but over the last hour my Nicehash speeds have stabilized... accepted 5 min speeds range from 12.5M up to 17M, and accepted round speed is at 13.5M. The box seems to reboot itself like clockwork every hour, which I wonder is a temporary fix until GAW can get updated firmware on it. It's not quite the 18M that some have reported, but at least I'm averaging over what the GAW advertised hashrate is. I have noticed that it doesn't like to play nice with some pools, so it might take some trial and error to find the most stable one, but I'm glad Nicehash is working fine now. Things can only improve from here I guess... and with the thousands of boxes they have to attend to, I can't complain for less than 24 hours into the launch. Keep up the good work GAW!

You're kidding I can't ask this?

Do we have an estimate on when the software will be available today?  I'd like to see if it compiles on Raspbian before I get my miner.
I agree with you.  I would like standalone software in case I want to solo mine a new coin when it comes out.  I believe Zeus will release some software so we can always use that.

Just chiming in, received my DHL tracking.

Email came at 5:01pm Central.

Shipment information was received on 15:23 on Monday May 26th at 15:23 (presumably local Hong Kong time).

So its on its way.  Hope zenminers get's their registration opened up RSN.

Actually, quite a nice PI:  Case, power supply, SDHC card, HDML cable - worth at least $60 on ebay if prices are similar to the last time I looked.

That is one nice surprise for a miner that only cost $169 (week 1).

I'd just feel so much better if DHL has a tracking status beyond "Shipping Information Received".

Short answer you can't.

If this is the case, where is the software to run these new miner on our own(aka BFGminer support). I would love to add my Fury to my already stable Gridseed Controller Rig. A low power AMD E1-2100N running Lubuntu.

Had 2 orders. one is shipped #43xx, but only picked up in China a few hours ago so looks like a couple days behind on deliveries? My other order still awaiting...

Looks like they are behind, but progressing though orders.

Just a few updates.

ZenMiner:
ZenMiner is currently only allowing users that already have their miners to log in. We have been sending ZM the order numbers for those units that arrived today. Since the majority of customers are not getting their miners until tomorrow, they have not activated anything so as to prevent support issues arising from those attempting to sync their controllers without the actual miner.

Shipping:
Getting you guys tracking numbers is taking longer then I hoped. We went ahead and started sending them out, whether they had updated or not, just so you guys had them. But as we predicted, some of them have not updated, so we know customers are now confused about the shipping situation. Later tonight you will see many of the labels will all of a sudden update with a ton of information. This is how DHL does things (we have shipped thousands of packages through them). But it does not effect the time frame. In fact, many were all shipped at the same time, and many miners are already at the final warehouse destination ready to be put on delivery trucks.  Some of already been delivered.

We were also informed that a handful of Falcons were left behind, and do not make the delivery truck yesterday. While those orders were picked up today at Hong Kong (our last night), and were also expedited, we will still offer a mining credit equal to the current LTC rate to make up for the delay. We will contact you directly on those orders as it affected only a handful of customers.

If your tracking number has not updated, please wait until later tonight. If it still has not, please email us and not post it here.

Software:
We have confirmed that none of the customers that have their units wish to download it. So like ZenMiner, we are holding off until later tonight.

Hosting:
We have seen a few posts that concern us. Before you make a post about "hosting issues" you may think others are experiencing, please take the time to read all the other relevant posts. The initial feedback is off the charts. But, if you are not happy with your hosted order, you can email us for a full refund.

Sorry for the lack of updates, but as previously mentioned, we are all on double time over. Between normal shipped orders, a new brand hosted farm, preparing orders for next week, etc. We ask for you patience. We are just as eager for you to get your miners as you are Smiley
