Scotland was greatly humiliated yesterday. They were beaten by a Ukrainian football team made up of players that have been inactive. The Russian invasion made the Ukrainian government to stop any form of domestic league competitions and matches which affected most players. But these set of Ukrainian players showed that they were patriotic. They outclassed the Scottish football team and I am sure that they will be a source of motivation to the soldiers at the front-line. The Scottish team should be pleased with that scores line because it could have been more humiliating. My earnest desire is to see Ukraine in Qatar competing in the World Cup.

Ukraine is doing very well. This victory was also very enthusiastically welcomed by the Ukraine people. The cohesiveness and hard work of the Ukraine players were able to trouble the Scottish players and created the first goal through Yarmolenko in the 33rd minute where the 0-1 advantage lasted until the end of the first half. In the second half the Ukraine team's spirit in attacking was able to double the advantage in the 49th minute and a reply from Scotland in the 79th minute until the second half ended Ukraine was able to score through Dovbyk and Ukraine ended this match with a 1- 3 win.

I can’t believe how bad Scotland were. Scotland were not fully prepared for this game,and that shows they do not have the quality of players to negate that situation. I think preparation was poor and the putting centre mids as  centre backs is a recipe for disaster and it showed. Well, I'm looking forward to Ukraine's next match. Will Wales lose to Ukraine? Ukraine has big ambitions to qualify for the world cup in Qatar they have also won with Scotland it was a stunning display, even though their country was in chaos due to the Russian invasion but their enthusiasm never seemed to fade to continue the match that defended their country.
I'm sure the playoffs against Wales were convincing enough for the Ukrainians to win they need motivation to win it, I think a lot of people will support it.

Never expected such a result from yesterday's match.

I already imagined that ukraine would easily win this game, but I forgot to place a bet, ukraine came to this game with very acceptable results, in the last 6 games in ukraine they got 2 wins and 4 draws, and they played against strong teams like france and managed to draw against france, and to add ukraine didn't concede many goals in the last 6 games, while scotland didn't play against very strong opponents (exception was poland) and conceded 2 goals in the last game against austria, that it was already an indicator that their defense was not good, while ukraine had a good defense, so it was a game in which it would be enough for ukraine to score a goal that would psychologically affect scotland and due to the fact that scotland's defense was not good they would concede more goals and ukraine would win this game easily

And I am sure that Wales will turn out to be a stronger opponent when compared to Scotland.

I think this may be the saddest World Cup for many around the world. Because a lot of soccer superstar that we have come to love over the years would be wearing their national team jersey for the last time on a World Cup stage, players like leonel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, Toni kross, Sergio Ramos, Neymar, busquet, Alba and many more the list is long, But so far Argentina matches has had the most sort out ticket by fans so far this means that Messi would be missed the most.

The Scotland National Team is a team of individually good players but as a team game they are very weak and therefore not successful. It is really admirable that the players playing in the Ukraine Premier league keep themselves so ready. Ukraine did a great job against a team like Scotland that made a difference with their physics quality. The Wales match challenge will be high and exciting.

Honestly this was a surprise for me though indeed, I also realized Ukraine had high motivation to prove they were fine. But the victory was not a win by a narrow score because Ukraine can win by a big score, it is clear they have an extraordinary spirit at this moment which must be a strong impetus for them to keep going without giving up. Their victory deserves to be appreciated, because I'm sure there will be some who think they have no hope due to their distracted focus with the existing conflict, but the fact is that this is not the case and Ukraine has proven that.

I believe that when you are a football player, you do not really "stop", unless you were at the fronts of the war and try to fight and was holding a gun, then you were just a football player out of work and trained accordingly.

Of course having games matter, but not having games doesn't equal getting fat and watching tv and eating chips and drinking beer, professional footballers do keep in shape no matter what happens, and they probably had enough money to leave the nation and run away from bombs, so they were training with some people somewhere to keep in shape. Put the motivation to make your country proud on top of that and it is understandable why there were this good.

The fighting spirit of the Ukrainian players was evident against Scotland, they were not favorites to win the match. but they silenced the mouths of observers who said so by winning the match with a promising score.

I don't think Wales need sanctions because of Ukraine, so they will lose this match. Of course this is humour, but Ukraine will still play in the World Cup. From Great Britain to the World Cup, England is enough, and Ukraine should be helped everywhere and in everything.
