It's just a speculation. I think you mostly gonna get the lowest base bet for the free spin, which could be 0.2$ since you know they provided you with a many free spin without any mentioned on the turnover for any money you're win from the free spin.

Worth to tried.

I decided to take this promo, made a deposit some time ago and transfering the balance from my wallet to the pragmatic provider by using the promo code but I get no free spins while opening the selected games.

Basically, just an explanation of detailed case sent by you to the company are associated & responsible for Operation BK8.

- There is no response statement from Black Hawk Technology BV (9 Abraham De Veerstraat Willemstad, Curaçao) to BK8.
- It's not Lawyer Curacao sending an email to BK8 just email case detail from you to them.

Basically, still nothing......

By the way, many casino is under 9 Abraham De Veerstraat Willemstad, Curaçao take a look in Google. Basically these kind of Email, just gonna go on (Spam or Trash Folder). You get lucky, If they responds you but the response will be (Please solved in casino site).

I am not a lawyer, I am an intermediary between the player and the lawyer. I showed a photo of a copy of the letter of demand that was sent by the lawyer to bk8 to resolve the situation. You do not quite correctly understand how this process is carried out in Curacao, because you have never encountered this. In turn, I have successfully completed more than 10 cases

all disputes I participated in ended with reconciliation of the parties without trial. My task was to notify BK8 in their topic again. From now on we will act depending on the circumstances

Unless there are some thread cases between the user who is facing the problem, a mediator who helps the case, and the casino statement the case are being resolved with the term (both of parties: user and casino confirm those). Everything in public thread, I been in Casino for around 3-4 years+ most of the times is about (online casino) and user who are facing more problems it's always from sportsbook user. Either:
- Regarding Arbitrage
- Or abused

However, I'm quite curious and what's the case ? I checking the email again. The explanation with simple brief:
- User place bet
- User facing restriction for the betting size
- User getting advice to play into other game provider
- He made withdraw and getting request to KYC (but he completed)
- In the end statement, he got message withdrawal was approved & getting paid

If the complain it's about (betting size limited). In every term & condition, casino have some right to refuse any of his service to the user. Sportbook case it's always similar like (Blackjack Case in Real Casino Like Vegas), while some card counting Blackjack getting back off and refusing to visit the casino or play any blackjack game (even we all know card counting using our minds or head it's not illegal).

It's mostly on every casino.....

Sorry, this is not a public case and the issue will be resolved between the BK8 representative (to whom the demand letter was sent) and the lawyer from Curacao (who, based on the signed documents, represents the interests of the player). I do not see the point here in commenting on the chronology of actions on an account that was blocked more than 2 years ago. BK8 stole money from player and blocked account. Here is the gist of the problem

It's normal to ask about the chronology.

In many cases it's being helped by the forum, you are find to share the details as long not sharing your personal information like (ID, others). You can take a looks on Scam/Reputation thread many user opened the case thread and the casino representative responding to the thread case.

Some thread are ended with solved case, BTW Locked + fund it's cannot being withdraw due the account it's being locked it's not rare case. We seeing those in public mostly... good luck for the court....

We all know of the case is being push by user, either: spamming and telling casino scam, threat, or buying a word by will sue and going to court. Most the times, it's just common sense while there is no proof by his word.
