ESports betting -CS:GO, DOTA 2, LOL, Valorant - discussion thread

I think we are in the ERA of ESPORTS where most of the BO3 are finishing with 2-0 or 0-2 and lately around 1/7 games is going for 3 maps and this happens in most popular games CS2 and Dota2. So yea , if you want to gamble just to for under 2.5 maps in most of the games and you will end up winning. Another thing that I've observed is that most of the favorites are winning A LOT while the underdogs barely wins any games and that is also because of games going under 3 maps.

Just take CS2 day for example where we had 3 games going 2-0 today and most likely MongolZ vs NaVi will be under 3 maps as well

There is a match again of G2 later against Eternal Fire. I think that I'll stick to G2 for this match later and even before asking some suggestions to the experts that we've got here, I've known the roster of G2 despite that I am not following a lot lately. So, are there bettors that have already placed themselves for the games that we have later for BLAST open Spring? Good luck everyone.

Eternal Fire is an inconsistent team against top-tier teams. If they start badly on a map, they cannot control and fix the situation, and they lose mentally immediately.
I can say that G2 is ahead for this match. Although it is a bit confusing that Eternal Fire last won 2-0 against Liquid, as I said, Eternal Fire is an inconsistent team at these levels.

While you've said that, Eternal Fire did the opposite and with their inconsistency based on what you've said, they've just made 2-0 against G2 Esports and this means that this bet of mine lost.

Still, thanks man for that good luck but it's already done. G2 Esports goes down to the lower bracket and will be against to M80. While Eternal Fire moves forward and will be up against the winner of NaVi/The Mongolz although currently, NaVi is 1-0.

That is ashame and Karrigan was the poster boy for that clip.

That 13-0 loss was during the VP series, and it was surprising to see them lose that way since they had the man advantage in most of the rounds.

Next we have Faze vs Team Spirit and Team Liquid vs The MongolZ.
I am leaning towards Spirit to take it against this Faze Clan team that got 13-0. That is just too embarrassing to have in a series like this and going with a MongolZ win against Liquid for the later matches today.

That VP/Falcons series was insane, mainly the last map for how long it lasted. The total rounds of their series went over a hundred and that's like playing a bo5 series.

Also, that was a deserving win for VP after Team Falcons managed to fumble the series away in both second halves including the OT.

Both of these teams have done great for all of their matches on the Group B but I think I'll have to go with NaVi. Yes, I've posted on the other thread about my 4 bets for today's series and guess what? I'm already 0-2. My bet for Parivision and Team Spirit have lost. I thought that the first series and 3rd map of Parivision is about to secure my win but they did a lot of mistakes on that last map that has been capitalized by Team Tidebound and on Team Spirit's end, they've been stomped twice by BetBoom. What an unlucky week for me, when I bet for BetBoom, I lose but whenever I go against them, they win. I hope that the two remaining of my bets will give me at least just one win!

I didn't trust much the Timebound that time but after their match against the Falcons and they hit a win I said to my self that is just a luck but after they make a 2-1 score against the Paravision it seems this newly created team is not joking instead they really have a good play they will still keep doing good on the upper bracket and their next match is against BB if they win here its for sure they will face GG, so I will keep watching what will happen on the next game. The last TI Champ or the underdogs.

I understand you and that's what frustration means to us. But good thing is that, I'm not on that mode to think of quitting wholly. Maybe, I just need to take some rest. This is the only week that I've got into a heavy losing streak but I know that I can get back again. I'm not going to chase those losses and I let it added on my losses alone. I'm still having fun and maybe there's a root behind all of this for me, losing streak won't stop me I guess, this has become a passion for me.

I'm diving into them so that I can also be updated on it. And I agree that there's a different culture with CS2 and I think Valve's involvement with it helps a lot.

I wish you were right on this, but the fissure scriptwriters switched it up with all the big teams already eliminated.  

At least in Cs2 , we have rivalries , we have players that literally hate each other and won't jump ships from a team to another just because they get paid big to do so and that is enough for me to still enjoy watching Cs2 tournaments.

Unfortunately, it's the same thing in CS2. Team Falcons is a good example of what you just mentioned, but in Dota, there's not much incentive for players to stay in the long run and it's easy to start from scratch because most of the slots come from qualifiers.
