I'd understand if you just said what you think and went back to other topics, but since this is the only thing you're doing here it starts to look like you got yourself a part time job.

you question my motivation but never state your own, GAWstruck signature holder!

i post when is fun or people need info, you search GAW and find scam always, at least make me suspect of them

alien and you have nice GAW tea party Smiley

Why don't you come too? I mean every one of your posts here are in this thread so you must care enough to stop by for a cup of tea and some biscuits.
Don't bother talking to this troll, it's an alt account of some other hater from this thread.
If someone actually bothered to check their ip, he'd find out that all these new accounts, bumping posts here are owned by not more than 2 or 3 people.

The problem with this guy is he probably never owned anything by GAW, yet he already came to this thread with a negative opinion. The purpose of this whole shell account he's using is repeating the same crap talk over and over.  “If you tell a lie and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it."

For reference check the posts of these 2:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=124250
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=341923

Both new accounts that were made to create fake crowd in this thread and keep it active.

Hard to read your broken English mr. troll, you need more than a google translator to actually write in a foreign language.

Panda, what kind of GAW equipment do you own?

I owned a few hosted miners for a while to check the services and all worked well.
Never had any at home because my connection likes to shut down at least twice a day and I don't have time to watch them all the time.

Update: My Week 3 Falcon was added shortly after Amber and Joe messaged me. However my Week 1 Black Widow is still missing from my UI, and has been for 7 days now. Joe hasn't replied to me in three days and has failed to fix or even remotely hint at refunding my order. I just tried calling the (866) number, but I was on hold for awhile and nobody answered.

@GAW_CEO, I will be sending you all my contact and support ticket information.

I had some hosting issues with two grid seed blades so opted to host everything myself moving forward.  I have datacenter space and can rack these easily so the power issue isn't an issue for me.

Anyways, I've recently had to deal with Terry and Zeus and Josh at GAW regarding order problems.  The issue with Zeus is that my week 1 Cyclone got rejected from customs in China after sitting there for a week and they promised me a refund (minus 10%) and it's been almost 3 weeks and they still haven't given me my money back.  I've emailed them every day asking for my money (either in paypal or LTC, I don't even care at this point) and they STILL cannot manage to handle my refund.

I had placed an order for 2 week 3 Black Widow upgrades from GAW and got notified they were shipping late but I would get reimbursed for missed hashing in the form of a store credit.  A few days went by and still no tracking #.  I messaged Josh on hash trader and he looked into my order and somehow the shipping team thought it was a hosted order and the hosting team thought it was a shipping order so nobody did anything with it.  He then asked if I would mind a falcon instead of 2 BW's as they were running low on BW's.  No problem I said, that will work for me.  I then got shipping notice for the Falcon.

What I've learned in dealing with this industry is that nothing is perfect.  Companies over-promise at times and completely screw things up.  The difference is how they make up for their mistakes.  Terry has ignored my refund requests for going on 3 weeks now and Josh had my order fixed within 24 hours.

Gotta admit I got a reply today and my fury is back up hashing which i will regularly monitor from now on.

GAW must be overwhelmed with a heavy workload probably due in part to issues with Zeusminer

Still waiting for me week 3 miners to come online, order #4352. Kind of disapponted to see week 4 coming online before all of week 3 were dealt with...

GAW must stop selling until they settle customers who pay already!

I got my Week 4 Fury delivered yesterday. It was sent overnight Fedex (I chose the free ground shipping).

This Fury is unbranded and did not come in the nice little Gawminers box. Just tucked in an ESD bag along with the cables and a power supply that differs from the ones I got with my week 1 & 2 Furies.

Not sure if these will get boiling hot since I run my units off a PSU.

Everyone, again, don't put too much stock in the tracking numbers.

Even if it does not show any real movement yet, all the sudden it will update and "backfill" the previous days and be close to your location. It's just the way Dhl scanning works. We have shipped a lot of packages through them.

But they were picked up on Monday.

Most importantly, they will all be arriving (same already have arrived) between today and Friday. Please give us, at least, our 5 day delivery window before you post.

Has anyone actually had this mysterious "backfill"? I've never seen DHL (or UPS or Fedex) delaying tracking for several days like that.

Post removed on request of gawminers for their customers.

I had done this for a strict reason.

I did not remove my email, that was included in this list to prove what happened.

I was keeping the company transparent & liable.

I just got off the phone with Jeff or Josh not sure, he will be contacting me again for a roundup of whats going on. He should be working on a ton of things atm, and will be releasing a press release soon.
You are trying to keep someone else's company transparent? Think what you're saying here.

I was going to say "that's what you get when you have amateurs pretending to be a multi-million dollar business", but really that's unfair to amateurs. So what's the line of defense this time. Can't use "everybody makes mistakes, we fix our mistakes better than some other crappy business". A leak like that is not something you can undo.

Was the e-mail even important? Or just some crap about DHL/Zeus/China conspiring against GAW?
