My experience with gawminers hasnt been good. I ordered a week 4 fury miner in june and it was expected to be delivered before 21st june but it didnt. I wasnt provided any tracking number so i also couldnt track where my package was stuck. After contacting gawminers 4 times, i was told that the package has returned to the workshop due to a bad address moreover last time when they sent a package to india it got stuck in custom and i should better get a refund instead of trying to get the miner being sent again. I got the refund but it was a complete waste of time for me. If they cannot ship to india they should have told me earlier.
Your claims are totally unreasonable. Firstly, you gave the wrong address or your local post office returned it by mistake, but you blame GAW. Secondly, the package got stuck at customs, so your country's laws are responsible. Sender's responsibilities end the moment the package leaves their warehouse. What if the plane carrying it went down, or your mailman decided to steal it? Would that also be GAW's fault? First of all, i m not making any claims I am just sharing my experience. Secondly, the address was 100% correct i have ordered a lot of stuff from amazon and ebay to this address and none of them have failed ever. Thirdly, they never issued me a tracking number so i couldnt even tell where the package was. It also took 4 support tickets to get a reasonable response. The store has by law a certain time to answer your ticket. If you didn't get an answer in a couple of days writing another ticket won't change anything. So you sending 4 tickets has really no meaning, unless you were sending 1 each week. You were to get the package on the 21st so it took less than 3 weeks to get the matter resolved and send you back the money. Typically in a retail store it can take a month. Moreover, you admit the package got stuck at customs, which as I said before in not the seller's fault. I got the answer for every ticket but they always said that the package has been shipped but we dont have any tracking number we will look into the matter. Also i am not saying package got stuck at custom, if it would have even reached the custom they would have auctioned it rather than sending it back. Thats how it works here. I am not accusing them but still i lost my mining time. I would have simply bought the hosted miner if i knew they cannot deliver.

If not, then you lost mining time while they lost the miner (since you're saying they might have auctioned it) Things like that just happen, and there's 2 things they can do. 1. Act like nothing happened blame you and never refund. 2. Be responsible, take a loss and give you back the money. If you ever deal with some other hardware sellers you'll see that more than half of these cases end in 1.

Having my miners having issues for weeks and not mining at the MH's they should be is ridiculous
What kind of grammar is that? You could have written your last 2 posts in one instead of spamming all over the place. Could you spare us your gibberish and focus on what you're actually trying to say next time? Grammar nazi? lol I find myself having to edit my posts as sometimes what I want to actually convey and what I write are sometimes two different things.

Interesting there are problems with the hosted services, my black widow has been running non stop for a week or so without any problems. Its hashing what they claimed it would + a little more. My only real problem is the rate of discarded shares on any multipools... Straight ltc its about a 1:1 ratio accepted to discarded, on any multi pool its about 1:5 accepted to discarded.
Also my be is making about $6 a day and it was 995 bucks... Was hoping for better umber per day, but I guess its not their fault for the shitty ltc and all coin market

What problems? Only one person in a whole week posted about hosted miners being down and his issues were resolved.

I have seen your signature Evil Panda. Apparently it seems that GAW got some new toys available for purchase. I've got to say that this hardware is very tempting. I am gonna check their site and find out more.

Lucky you (I mean it). I've had several orders with them. All had problems. All initial ones eventually got resolved (but they all required escalating). But I still have problems with them. One is a BW that is essentially DOA (worked for a day. on and off for a couple more days. dead on day 8 ). ZERO responses to my ticket to process a return. The other is a vaultbreaker pre-order I want to cancel. Some back and forth via tickets/emails for a week. And then suddenly, they *deleted the ticket*! No more responses. ZERO responses in the last 5 days. THANK GOD I paid with credit card and can at least issue a dispute/chargeback. But its $10K I have to dispute, and its not a fun process. I'm sure there are customers that are happy because they didnt have issues; but I know I'm not one of them.

Has anyone here placed an order for the R-Box or RocketBox from GAWMiners?
I have an order placed for 4 of the R-Boxes. The release date was supposed to be July 8th. I spoke with someone named Amanda in GAW who said that they were just notified of a delay in their shipment. Does anyone else have any other information?

Sorry I can't help with this issue but in the future you might want to consider other merchants for Bitcoin gear. I can sort of understand buying Scrypt miners from GAW, since they often undercut other distributors on price, but I've never seen a good price on a Bitcoin miner at GAW, not to mention the issues like you're having now.

Actually GAW prices are among the lowest on the market, not only for scrypt but bitcoin as well. Example? Their Gridseed A1 is probably the cheapest 1TH solution on the market, same as their S3 preorder price. Also don't forget that GAW's main focus are scrypt miners and here's where you can look for really competitive prices

There are dragon 1TH miners and others at Gridseed A1 price range, and with lower power consumption. The Rocketbox that frigidformself is waiting for is below $600 elsewhere, $700 at GAW. Panda, you're getting sloppier with your lies. Maybe you should stick to what you know, if there is such a thing.

Are you guys still going at it? Is it really that surprising, considering how big a GAW shill one of them is. It irks me to no end seeing his sig. i.e. "100% refund any time". Have you ever tried getting money back from GAW? These guys are full of promises they can't (or won't) keep.

I have no signature campaign either.

Just look at that guy 6 posts and butthurt about a signature. LOL
