I agree with other tha's unfair that City and Bayern will face in 1/4 final already and that one side of bracket is significantly stronger than other. One of underdogs have great chance to reach final, though, probably it's not right to call Napoli or Benfica as underdogs when you see how they play.
Despite that I still would rule out Benfica from list of contenders. Guttmann curse is still alive

However, as for the finals except Chelsea is able to make it pass Real Madrid and Bayern/Man City, I think the finals might just get a little bit one sided, I would have loved to see Bayern, Man City or Real Madrid on the other side of the draw, at least for spectating sake, why take all that away from us at just the quarters and semi-finals ?, how about a Real Madrid vs Bayern or vs Man City finals, that'd surely be worth every penny of the hype, but then I like chances that all teams involves seemed to have some how gotten a deserved or matching opponent.

Unfortunately, we defeated both teams in the final; they are the least of our concerns right now; they should be concerned about facing us; our primary concern right now is defeating Real Madrid, and then we can discuss either Bayern Munich or Manchester City. We have the players; if the coach puts together the right lineup, our chances of winning will improve. We are playing away in Spain in the first leg; we should play more carefully and avoid the mistakes we made last time, then hit them hard at Stamford Bridge.

If it were about individual players, PSG should have been winning it every season because the team is packed with world-class players from the back to the front, same with Manchester city. Champions League is all about taking chances when you see them, and that's what Real Madrid and Chelsea have been doing for years, which is why matches between these two are always difficult. our chances going in to the game is slim but lets see.

Every team becomes an underdog against Real Madrid in the Champions League; they are the lords of the competition, and you must first break them before you can win it. Nobody saw us kick Dortmund in the shins.

I counted out Chelsea against Dortmund by far, and they passed through easily, being better in both matches and winning second match with margin

Bayern is a favorite against City, IMO, they have more options to play and good balance against Pep as well
Haaland will probably finish this without scoring goals, his five against Leipzig were not wisely spent, better to score two-three against each opponent, than five against one

Bayern has played very well in Champions League so far but recently, Bayern has been far from perfect. Bayern just played only one of their last 4 or 5 games convincingly, when Bayern won 4-2 against Dortmund at home.
But after losing to Freiburg at home (Bayern is now out of German Cup), losing to Leverkusen (before Nagelsmann got fired) and a weak 1-0 against Freiburg on Saturday (where Bayern wasted many opportunities but also showed a weak defense), Bayern is lacking a lot lately.
In addition, Choupo-Moting is injured. Mane and Sane still struggle to finde the goal. 
I believe bookmakers are probably right on this one.
Bayern is not in top form while Man City has Haaland and de Bruyne back in top form, while playing at home, too. I don’t expect a disaster for Bayern as Man City did against Leipzig but Man City is likely to win.

I fell down in CL Superbru table but I still have some hopes of improving my position and not finishing rock bottom 
My prediction is that we are going to see one or two surprises in this round, and I would never underestimate Inter.
I have a feeling Chelsea may totally crumble against Real Madrid, this is maybe  one of their worst seasons in recent years.

I made the same pick in the BSFL, Manchester City plays direct attacking football, so I see no reason why the team will not make over 5 shots, and I see Halaand getting the majority of those, he barely makes under 2.5 shots in a game, he is a beast who never gets tired, no doubt he will be the target man, but I am confident he will somehow break out to make over 2.5 shots on target.

Inter and Chelsea are really not the opponents that can create a lot of problems right now, I think that they will focus on defense in away matches and hope for a draw, but the victory of Benfica and Real looks to be expected.

Although in my prediction I chose City to win, I am not so sure about this result, because Bayern is not an easy opponent and they can surprise. I chose City only because I don't really like the way Bayern have been playing lately in defense, and this is all the more true against an attacking team like City. It is unusual to see the odds 5.6 for Bayern's win, which makes me think of playing a handicap +, but I will not rush, I will watch the beginning of the match.

If it's a money bet, a win or a double chance for Bayern is an easy choice. You have to be a very optimistic City fan to bet with a 1.60 odds of them winning. It's just not profitable if opponent is Bayern. If we talk about the choice in the pool, then this is different and it may be logical to choose City (although who knows).
I also expect Benfica to win - Inter has decent odds only because of the brand, their game itself does not deserve good ratings now.
