Of the several big teams that have qualified for the round 16 of the Champions League this season, I am more certain that Parist Saint Germain and Manchester City will advance to the final based on the achievements of each team so far. What do you think, which of the participants has the potential to reach the Champions League final this season?
Are there other candidates with more potential than PSG and Manchester City?

The last 16 of UCL has not yet started and we will not know what's gonna be the result. I believe Madrid and bayern will be going to the final rather than city and PSG. Madrid and bayern were always doing so well yet PSG may be very popular caused by it has the best line up as there are messi, neymar and mbappe in the same club.
I personally think that Madrid and Bayern will be more potential compared with PSG and city but i think that we shall not forget about napoli. Napoli has been rising up again.
The italian team can give us surprises anytime. It's caused by they will be facing easy team.

Round of 16 of the Champions League, has several interesting matches and looks like it will present an atmosphere with hot game tension, especially the PSG vs Bayern Munich match. because this match is a premature final match when compared to the Liverpool vs Real Madrid match. why, because Liverpool's performance is unstable and Madrid's performance is not showing their best game.

Meanwhile, for the PSG vs Bayern Munich match, the performances of these two teams often present interesting matches even though the opponents they face in the domestic league competition are not as strong as in other leagues. however, this clash will feature the best of both versions of teams topping their respective leagues.

I think Madrid is fair to say they are better than Liverpool lately but they confirm that one of their defender Alaba and Mid fielder has sustained an injury with an unknown date they will be returning and these two teams were the most captivating teams that made last season so interesting all the way from the group stage and they are now to face each other in the knockout stage, it wouldn't be an easy task for both teams.

While I think PSG and Real Madrid will qualify for the quarter-finals, of course, Bayern Munich and Liverpool are two teams that have ambition and seriousness in this competition every season. I want to see PSG and Madrid qualify in the quarter-finals, it's very possible in my opinion.

If all wishes were horses, then everyone's favourite team would win all the interesting Leagues we all value, however, it doesn't work that way, I think PSG is in good form without any barrier right now but who knows, anything can still happen at the end of the day.

Well, maybe you're all hung up on the big teams and also their good history in the Champions League, but I think it looks like this season might be very different. If you follow the results of the group stage, then I think there will be one team that can also be considered at this moment to be able to go further.
Those teams are Benfica who did very well in the group stage and even, PSG which you would suggest to be a candidate to reach the final. But in reality, PSG couldn't beat Benfica at all in the group stage so yes, I'm sure Benfica at this moment can be a team that is difficult for seeded teams to beat.

I honestly still feel that anything could still happen in this.
We know that for the last few seasons it has not been good for Bayern in the Champions League.
After they won the 2019/2020 season, these 2 seasons they weren't very good because they were always stuck in the quarter-finals.

Last season was actually a bit surprising because if in the 2020/2021 season they lost to PSG who are indeed strong but last season they lost surprisingly because Villarreal is actually not a strong team.
Currently Bayern and PSG will meet again and this is still fifty-fifty as for Madrid this is also still unpredictable in my opinion even though Liverpool's performance so far in the EPL is not very good.

They are richer than Bayern and have abundant budget for player salary, player transfers, coach salary and other spendings. They have more star players than Bayern and their squad has a younger average age than Bayern too.

They are more superior to Bayern but to win Bayern, they need more than theory and stats. If we only base on finance and strength in theory and stats, only one or two clubs in Europe can compare with them, likely Manchester City and maybe one more club Real Madrid.

Winning in their domestic leagues and in Champions League are different. Honestly,  this game is so unpredictable to tell which one of the teams will be the winner. This two teams are strong , any little mistakes from any of the teams can give the other advantage of winning the game.  Sometimes when big teams like this meets winning comes by luck. Losing to the opponent can happen by small mistakes.

PSG has so many world class players but bayern was also a killer to the big team like PSG. PSG was almost losing against bayern. I think that bayern's coach has been learning the most important mistake since the last match against PSG. There are so many matches that very hard to predict. it's caused by this time so many matches were making equal team to face one to the each other.
Real madrid against liverpool was also a very interesting thing for sure. I meant look at what happened with PSG against bayern last year.

Seriously the match coming against psg and bayern Munich will be hard to predict which team will win or which club will be knockout on this knock stage. To be honest both psg and bayern Munich are strong teams on this champions league competition going on, they both have talented prayers which are well determined.but looking strongly on the prayers the both teams are processing I will say that psg will have little advantage  over bayern, but I will never predict that psg will qualify for the next round, because bayern Munich is also a great team when check their records they have reputation in champion league.

Even we have too many big matches in this knock out round but things looking interesting because in this season PSG having good chance to win title even still this all is too early with few big names are also having good intention of the title race but Messi, Neymar and Mbappé are having good time with their performance and their unit is also giving them good results which are giving some advantage to them for the title race.

Luckily football isn't just about who's a bigger team as teams that are lesser than their opponents have always found a way to win games that are of important to them so please Lets not underate Bayern Munich,. From the head to head, Bayern Munich already has the advantage. In their last 5 meetings (4 in champions league match) Bayern Munich has the advantage as they have won 4 times and I think Bayern Munich are also one of the highest scoring side in this seasons champions league tournament.

PSG might have Messi, Neymar and Mbappe but they don't seem to have chemistry between them especially Mbappe. He's obviously not a fan of Messi and the world cup finals might have just made things worst. Mbappe might want to act professional but he won't be able to hide it on the field. Regardless of how the match turns out, I just hope we enjoy good football as I'm neither a fan of any of the club.

They have the right mentality and great team work to compete at any level.  They have beaten Liverpool twice in their past meetings so the next meeting I expect to see a very competitive game between both sides. Yes, Liverpool will face Real Madrid again. It's a good chance for Liverpool to get revenge and beat Madrid while the royal club have player problems. I don't know if Madrid can solve all their club problems before the game with Liverpool, but they have now lost their lead in La Liga. But Liverpool aren't having the best of times either.

Liverpool will be able to hold Real Madrid in Anfield but I don't think that they will be able to win them,I don't have that confidence in them because since this season started they have not been consistent with their matches, if the other time that Real Madrid won them,Liverpool was doing better in EPL.

It's madrid who has won the UCL last year and it seems like that madrid will be making it happen again. Madrid has known as king of UCL but a bit strange to see that why so many people were thinking PSG was stronger compared with madrid. Those trio didn't help PSG to win UCL.
The level of madrid is still far higher compared with PSG. Bayern is also very consistent at this moment. It will be adding another potential player from liverpool.
