If you watched any sport movie ever, the importance of the manager is not the formation at all, in fact that could very well be the least important part of his job because depending on your players you could change your formation and many managers change tactics midgame.

Chelsea and madrid have been spending a lot of money in recent years. I think that if money didn't matter a lot to win the champion league. The professional team was only making you a bit easier to win against another team while luck has played the most important thing right now. Chelsea was lucky enough to win champion league two times but real madrid remain the king of UCL. So many teams in UCL have been spending so much money unlike the team like dortmund which act just like agent for sell players to the big clubs. I think that all of big clubs in UCL have been spending so much money.

The team has been a strong contender for the Champions League title during the last two or three seasons. However, they have not been able to bring home the trophy. There was a lack of squad depth in the middle of the park last season. However, they have now managed to bring in players like Fabián Ruiz and Vitinha, who will play a very significant role for PSG in the upcoming matches. Very reasonable, if Club Brugge is not the favorite team. the reason is, they have an opponent who is above their level in the group B phase. but Brugge is lucky, the fact is that the team that became their opponent in the group phase was not in their best performance. in fact, Atletico and Leverkusen really played so badly that they had to be eliminated in the Champions League.

No doubt caused by people think that leipzig was not strong enough while leipzig itself has almost got perfect result in the group qualifier. that proves that if leipzig is worthy enough to be considered as strong opponent for city.
City gonna have a hard time against leipzig. As far as i know that nkuku as the main striker for leipzig has not yet moved to the chelsea and that means nkuku will still able to perform against manchester city.
People are always thinking that the popular team will have the bigger chance to win against the small team like leipzig.
