That means it is about 2+ months away right now, the world cup will end at 18th, most nations are gone by that point, which means that many many players will relax for 2 months until UCL comes back. Of course leagues will start back but for majority of these clubs it's like taking a break and then having a training.

Bayern vs PSG for example, both Bayern and PSG are playing in a league that is far inferior compared to them, and that means we are going to end up with a few games before their game where they will just train and get into match shape, nothing more for them, not really a difficulty to beat their league opponents.
