You're right, for me it's one of the strongest teams of all time, for a moment Barcelona gave it great competition, but I think it didn't measure up, and that's sad, Atlético de Madrid is one of the quiepoq that can give him the fight, however I do not think they can be enough to be able to appeal to have the title removed, for now Barcelona is first in the League, but it is in the Europa League, it is not the same, There are different levels that are handled, however I would think that Real Madrid will continue to have the League title and possibly the UCL, even if the oldest and best players they have leave.

As the defending champions so much is expected from them in the Champions league this season. Their success in the Champions league this season will depend on how much resistance they can show against any other opponent in the tournament this season begining from beating Liverpool in the next knockout round. This is a difficult task for Real Madrid and facing Liverpool for the third time I'm sure Liverpool will be looking for revenge this time.

Liverpool isn't really in a good form this season but this also may be a good thing for them for this match because the only thing left for them is the champions league, they lost the hop for getting the EOL title and they already out of the curabao cup so i believe they will put all the their efforts to Keep playing for the champoins league

I am pretty sure none of us would have wanted this sort of game in the RO16 stage, i mean this was last seasons CL final, we would have been happier if this game came in the later stages of the competition, but i guess it is what it is, it is just like the PSG v Bayern Munich game, these are big matches worthy of being a CL final, but we are going to experience them quite early in the competition.

Chelsea need to sign some players also to supplement the midfielder's you have Azpilicueta is one of Chelsea's most trusted defender even if he barely gets enough game time to play he hasn't caused an error leading to scoring Chelsea, him aging might be the reason his position was used to hurt Chelsea. Graham Potter should have used Chalobah for replacement of James, good game for Chelsea they will get another three points against Nothingham Forest next week.

To be honest, right now I wouldn't say that Liverpool's chances are bigger than Real Madrid, because there are many reasons why I see it that way, one of them is their performance. But if they manage to improve the weaknesses they currently have, maybe my assessment will change as the improvements they make. They still have plenty of time before this match takes place, so there should be no reason for Liverpool not to prepare well and make the most of the time they have. They started their movement by buying several players, like Cody Gakpo for example, this is expected to improve their performance on the front lines, and their potential to bring in more players is still very wide open.

I think they will gain 3 more points against Nottingham Forrest. It was a good win for Chelsea. James' injury was bad.  They managed to win 2-0 with 2 goals they found early. After gaining 3 points in these matches, they will do their best to increase their ranking in the league. Losing points in these matches means a big problem. They should not lose points in these matches.
