France did finish second and could only come home as runners-up because they lost to Argentina but at least France has proven that they are one of the strongest, so there is no doubt that for Euro 2024 France is the strongest candidate to win besides Argentina.

Iceland is one of those teams and even Luxembourg is doing so much better than what we were used to. I agree. I think that UEFA is giving much more importance to the fans than to the players. Friendlies were played for a reason - to prepare the team for the upcoming competition, to introduce new players to the team and so on.
