I agree that the quality of play has gone down for the League of Nations, because the players and management doesn't take it seriously. I can't blame the players also. The calendar is getting too packed nowadays. FIFA has added more tournaments, the clubs want the players to play more matches to them and finally the UEFA also want a share of the pie. The players are getting squeezed without adequate rest. I doesn't really understand the purpose of having the UEFA Nations League, when there is the Euro Cup. If it was played in super-cup format, then it would have been still OK. But the round-robin format is being used now, which increases the number of matches.

I think these added fixtures can make Haaland progress further more than stop him or make him go down in performance,that because in theory the games of UEFA Nations League are easier than the Euro qualifiers and some teams do not bother much with these games and use these as testing grounds for the important competitions like EURO and World Cup,as such Haaland will have more possibilities to progress his career with the national team in a better level.Of course he cannot keep all the pressure in his shoulders for a team like Norway but he can of course become (in fact he already is in my opinion) the best player in which Norway to rely to move further and achieve something good out of this national team.
