Thank God we won’t see another series of Real Madrid games against Chelsea, City and Liverpool for the third time in a row due to the fact that Liverpool and Chelsea are not in this Champions League 
As for the favorites, in my opinion, if KDB continues his treatment, then Bayern can really be the number one favorite. City is in second place, Real is in third - unfortunately they do not have the top in attack, so they are a little weaker.

It could happen, the both teams have played against each other in the last two seasons in the CL, Real Madrid eliminated City on the road to winning the CL title in the 2021/2022 season, whilst City as well defeated Real Madrid on the road to winning the CL title in the 2022/2023 season, thus if they meet this season, it will be the third time in a row, and who knows, this time it could be in the final.

Having said that, City are strong favorites to defend their CL trophy, there are other strong contenders like Real Madrid and Bayern Munich, but i think the time has come for City to dominate in Europe, and i am backing them to win the CL back to back.

Many see Manchester City as the main contenders for the title again. They probably do have the best results among the other clubs, but unpredictability often happens in football. Like when Chelsea beat Manchester City in the final a few years ago. I'd like to see some other team win this season.

Pep may able to get second trophy of UCL this season. City was coming with the same squad or it's even stronger compared with previous season. There are slightly changes happened to the club but this means a lot.
City is still having the best defenders in the world. It's also owning doku which is amazing on his speed and accuracy. I see city as a the most perfect team this season.

The chance for city to win UCL is still very big right now. Things are not very different as city learned a lot from its previuos mistakes.
Pep has been also forming the most balanced club. This club reminds me with the prime madrid when so many great players were still playing there. I think that city will obviously go to the final once again.

I am trying to rank up the efforts of the Gunners (Arsenal) of their possibility to take the champions league with the way they are playing so far and I think that is doable. But one thing that the team most do is to remain consistent and increase their chances through their squad depth. As for Real Madrid, it is easier to predict their chances too. One is because of their trajectory and the other points to the fact that they ain't doing badly so far too. Another team is the Barcelona, the El-classico contender, in the spirit they started too. Man city is right another strong force that's pushing hard this season. Overall, one of these 4 teams is likely to emerge in the season.

Definitely Chelsea is in no way fit to be in the champions league at this time, going by the recent happening around them they would definitely make a mess of their selves if there were at the ucl, most likely they would have found it difficult to win any game at all, loosing streaks would be their experience most of the times as they don't have the capacity at the moment.

The UCL is a very competitive league filled with bigger teams who in one way or the other happens to be champions in their various leagues , it would have been indeed a nightmare for Chelsea as they could have been affected psychologically after series of loss and their performance in EPl would even turn worse because it will be really heavy on them that they are loosing back to back.

So for Chelsea at this point such a competitive league is not what is needed for them as it may not have a very positive impact on them, they should focus on the league where they find their self now and hope to get better by improving on every aspects of their game and tactics. I anticipate seeing Chelsea turning out better as time goes on in the premier league.

They probably won’t make it through the group stage and it’s sad how they are struggling even with the amount of money spent and the quality of players in the club right now, I don’t think they should be struggling to win matches or score goals as it is now. Playing in the champions league will be total humiliation for them as all the matches will be against top teams in Europe so for now I don’t think they are ready for such challenge, they should focus on improving their performance and bringing back their confidence, it may take time but with the right approach they can make it happen in matter of weeks. They will be a deadly team if they are able to get themselves back because of the caliber of players they have. I just hope they don’t end up being relegated.

Onana made a blunder in that match, but he also made 5 saves. In contrast to Bayern's goalkeeper, Sven Ulreich is really bad. In the match against Bayern, Man United at the start of the first half, especially in the first 20 minutes, they performed really well, even dominating possession of the ball. But after more than 20 minutes had passed, especially when Leroy Sane scored Bayern's first goal, Manchester United's game was again inconsistent. If Ten Hag is able to make his team's squad perform consistently, United will be a tough opponent.

In short, Chelsea is not in the UCL because they finished 12th in the EPL standings last season, where the Blues were also knocked out of the European League and European Conference League. Recently the situation is getting worse with a series of defeats, perhaps this is a consequence of the change in club ownership. The reforms that were brought did not work properly, in the end this transition process put the club in a very bad condition. On group A without a doubt the favorites to move to the next round are Bayern Munich and Manchester United, however in order to have any chance to compete Copenhagen and Galatasaray needed the win against each other, this way they will have some room to maneuver, as if Bayern could beat Manchester United again during their next match then this could create a clear first place and put second place within the reach of either Copenhagen or Galatasaray, but with the tie this means that if one of those teams wants to reach second place they will have to win 2 out 4 games against the favorites of the group, not an easy feat to do if you ask me.

Arsenal cannot win the CL on their return to the tournament after so many years away, i know that anything is possible in football, but this isn't going to happen. Arsenal would see it as an achievement to make it to the RO16, and if they can get to the QF, then they had a good season in the CL, i predict that Arsenal wouldn't get past the QF, that's if they make it there. Having said that, Barcelona as well cannot win the CL this season, the strong contenders for the CL title is City, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich.

The performance of a team in the European Champions League may be different to the performance of the same team in its country's league. let's look at the case of manchester united as a very clear example of this, they scored a lot of goals in the game against bayern who are a very strong team in the bundesliga, but manchester united had poor results before the game against bayern and still managed to score 3 goals, but in the next game against burnley, which was a premier league game, the same manchester united didn't manage to score many goals, but yesterday manchester united played against crystal palace in the cup game and won, in that game against crystal palace manchester united managed to score 3 goals and did not concede any goals

The competition in Group A will become more interesting with each match, therefore, if Manchester United fails to win in the next match, it will make it even more difficult for them to compete with Bayern Munich.
