Most of the leading attackers from PSG were not allowed to have anything aggressive which was good strategy which works for them Randal Kolo Muani and Marquinhos all were completely below then average and not able to create any serious attack which helps them in this game Luis Enrique needs to work on his strategy in future otherwise things will be on same level in Champions League, and they will be ended without anything positive.

People should never put big expectation for this club. PSG was a garbage team when it came to the champion league. The mentality owned by PSG has been dropping so hard. Newcastle was really dominating the game. Im concerning about the attacking possession owned by the club.
Newcastle was fully dominating the attack in the game and psg was so struggle in making counter attack against newcastle. This is how EPL team was playing against the winner of farmer league.
The farmer league winner was not even comparable to the one of great team in the EPL.

I don't want you to make a mistake or say something not based on facts. Newcastle didn't dominate the match but they were really good at taking advantage of every opportunity that came their way. Honestly, I don't know why you call PSG a trash team just because they lost 1 time to Newcastle. Losing is just part of the game, but some mistakes have cost this team more than underdogs. If they can only secure one point or none at all, it will be very difficult for PSG to qualify because the gap with other team very close.

I like the fire that Atletico Madrid brings when they come for their champions league match. They always show the hunger and I tip them to go past the round of sixteen and into the finals.
Any team playing against them should be ready to get whooped or go with a draw.

Atletico's game has indeed improved. I hope they can get through the group phase because I see they have a better chance of qualifying than other teams. although there are still several matches to be faced.
Atletico's competitor to qualify is probably Lazio, and in the next match against Celtic they of course have a greater chance of qualifying when they managed to beat Celtic.

The four teams mentioned failed to achieve a victory that should have been quite convincing. In Group F, there was a game with a goal and a game without a goal.
There was no goal in the Dortmund - Milan match. I expected at least 2-3 goals in the match, so it was hard to predict the result, but a draw is not a good result for both teams.
Perhaps one of the best matches of the day was Newcastle vs PSG. Newcastle won the match 4-1 and took over the group leadership. It should be said that it was not a game of possession but a game of goals. Although PSG had more of the ball, they couldn't capitalize on their goal scoring opportunities and were defeated away from home.

Congratulations to those who bet on Barcelona and maybe this time Barcelona was just lucky with this win. For Porto fans, this result must be enough to make them angry and for me, who tried to turn the tide by betting a handicap for Porto's advantage, I felt disadvantaged in this match. The reason is that the referee's decision was felt to be very detrimental to Porto, how could Porto not have received 2 penalties, but the referee did not give a single penalty in this match. Starting from Cancelo's handball, after being checked by VAR, the referee said the ball had hit the Porto player first. Then there was Julius Kounde who pulled a Porto player's shirt in the penalty box until he fell, but the referee didn't consider it a foul.

I think this match is a bit strange and I don't want to give too much opinion about it. Well, however, the match is over and Porto must accept this result sincerely and continue to be confident in the next match.

I agree because in last few weeks we have too much mess-up just because of these referees and use of technology is also not working in these cases which are more headache for the fans like we have in Premier League game Tottenham vs Liverpool and now this Porto vs Barcelona is again a big disappointment for the fans this match surely deserve as strangest match of this week with having no positive decisions for the home side against Barcelona which ends with a narrow second win of their second match in this season here in Champions League.

Even we have eight cards for the Barcelona but still all important decisions gone against Porto which is now having 3 points from two games but still have good chance for staying at the second spot because they are having good quality and good players which can turn the matches into better way for their club.

VAR was invented because of this, referees could miss some stuff and that would mean that if they miss it at least they can recheck it from the VAR as well. This has been an amazing new technology because it has proven to everyone that there were wrong decisions, we have seen referees do not make the right choice and then they look at VAR and overturn their decision as well.

That is showing that a ref can't see it all, and it is not really human to think that they could see every single thing that could happen, so it is smarter to just have VAR system activated in those cases. But even with that, some refs are still not up to the code yet and they end up making wrong moves and they ignore all that VAR stuff and keep insisting on wrong decisions.

I really appreciated Feyenoord's high level dedication. In the end it isn't easy to get ahead 2 times against a team like Atletico Madrid in an away match. But all that effort was still not enough to steal any point. The player I liked the most in this match was Alvaro Morata. He played a big role in the 3-2 win by scoring 2 goals.

Aside from that Morata is really fired up this season. He scored 7 goals in 8 matches so far. This is just something new we see from him.    It is like this is the season that he proves he isn't actually a very overrated striker.

It's very hard to predict what will be the final standing at the last match day. Acmilan/PSG/Newcstle are still competing so hard for the first and second place. The situation can change a lot once acmilan will be able to beat PSG away.

For Arsenal, Man United and PSG, I agree with you, these three clubs should be able to secure full points because they have opponents who are actually a little weak. Napoli was a little different because they were facing a relatively strong team, namely Madrid. I think the next match on matchday three will be more difficult, because it will create a bigger difference in points within each group. Based on match statistics, Celtic dominated possession with 56% of the ball while Lazio was only able to get 44% but it cannot be denied that the defense of both teams was quite good, Lazio was really lucky to get another goal in the 90+5' minute, Ledesma's goal at the end of the match absolutely brilliant.

Another defeats recorded, Celtic sits bottom of Group E table with zero points scored. They might as well put enough effort to reach the crucial stages probably when they start playing second legs. Celtic defeat against Lazio was an expected results because the team have absolutely no clue on the important games played, attempt to secured a draw tie but was denied at the end, they were unable to record draw tie with these standard club, next game is Atletico Madrid which will be really frustrating and dangerous for them, I doubt if they would be able to net a goal against Los Colchoneros.

It is difficult for sure as it is a group of death on paper. The current points are also telling us this. It is even difficult to be confident about PSG to qualify from their group. I would have also said normally that PSG and Milan would qualify for next stage. However things are pretty different now.

I can confidently say that Newcastle is the wonders of this season's Champions League because they have not been in the Champions League for the past twenty years. Now they managed to enter, they were somehow unlucky to join the hardest group to be qualified from. And I predicted that Newcastle will not win even one match from the matches they will play, which means they will not qualify from the group but I am surprised that they drew one match. Just last night,  they were able to trash PSG and I am happy with Newcastle United. We should not be surprised as Newcastle United will qualify from the group match and they will take everybody by surprise by going very far in the Champions League competition.

I couldn't understand what you mean by PSG's young star Luis Enrique. Luis Enrique is the coach and is responsible for giving the right tactics to his players. Paris Saint Germain could not play well. They are also going through difficult times in the French league and with Mbappe's performance far from last year, Paris is getting bad results this year. Celtic used to give most teams a hard time. Nowadays we see a Celtic that is far from its former strength. Normally, when they play at home, they can challenge their opponents and even win, but we can see that as time progresses, they have lost their old strength and are no longer the feared dream of the big teams. This shows that Newcastle have improved in their performance are they are ready to face any club that comes their way in this champions league. Their defense was very strong yesterday at it was difficult for PSG strikers to penetrate. Last season performance in EPL has shown that Newcastle might be able to surprise us in the champions league this season, which they have given us the first surprise from yesterday's match. So many big clubs lost their matches yesterday.
