Yes, anyone who tries to buy or avoid lotteries from any position is right. No one should be looked down upon here. Because no one can guarantee. There is no guarantee that fate will ever favor. But many people try to keep themselves among the lucky ones. Everyone buys lottery tickets with the intention that even if the odds are slim, if luck favors them, their lives could change. I am sure that no one who buys a lottery ticket ever thinks that he will win the lottery especially the lotteries that have big prizes or jackpots. Those who buy lottery are optimistic and those who drink coffee with the lottery budget they are conscious.

A scenario played out today while I was gambling,  I made a bet of a total of 5 odds and made a stake on 0.00004BTC which amounted to around a total payout of 0.0002 btc,  this winning amount was so sure and I hard higher balance to stake on it but the fear of the possible outcome made me to withheld from staking the entire amount,  but to my greatest surprise,  I won the game and this game me a lot of excitement and sense of fulfilment.

Same thing with littwries,  once you pick a ticket the remaining is left for luck and other things,  so hitting a jackpot in lotteries is just by luck.

well , I remember that there are thread i come to cross here about some people/group that spend time,

That would be interesting! I think many of us has a lucky combination winning number that everyone keeps to themselves. Base on my observation, players limits to use repeating numbers and some use the numbers that signifies important day to their life. The lottery is bet that is really difficult to win and requires luck so spending large amounts of money betting on the lottery will only be in vain even if you have used various strategies that you think are good.
Some people are willing to spend certain amount of money when they succeed in having prediction that they believe is accurate, but the bookie is far superior and knows what to do and determines the winning number so any effort will be in vain even if they use mathematics in making prediction.

I remember someone said that buying more lottery tickets would increase your chances of winning, but if you think about it this method doesn't increase your chances of winning but rather increases the budget used in betting on the lottery.
No one can really show effective ways or strategies for winning the lottery so if there are people who say various ways then it is just story not real and accurate proof.

For me, in general, all numbers are happy simply because numbers, which are mathematical abstractions, need to be treated a little philosophically. 
Numbers are something that is present in the life of any person throughout life and almost continuously.  But of all the numbers (and I’m not yet taking into account numbers consisting of several digits), I consider the number “0” to be the most mysterious and incomprehensible to the human brain.  It’s like something that represents “nothing*, or a vacuum. There is some magic in the number “0”.

I also consider the number 8 lucky. But here it’s simpler. Simply because 8 is a good number according to Chinese beliefs. And this is an ancient  a wise nation and it was not for nothing that they chose 8 as a lucky number. And here I simply believe the Chinese.

Here are two numbers that I would single out from all those that exist and are constantly used by all of humanity.

It’s probably worth adding that the number 4 is also a rather unpleasant number.  But that's my opinion. 
And yet, in Chinese numerology, this number is also considered bad and unlucky.  I also probably agree with you that 7 is also a so-so number, not a very good one.  But in general, this is all a rather arbitrary gradation of numbers.  But, probably, each person somehow subconsciously has a slightly different attitude towards different numbers. 

But there are generally known numbers as unlucky ones, such as 13. Rarely do any people consider the number 13 lucky.  I don't think I've ever met such people.

Isn't that 🧿 the Greek or Turkish amulet for the good luck? I have seen it in many occasions and I heard the story about it some time ago but I can't remember, and it is not so common in Spain.

About the numbers related to important dates, I think that this is the most common use of case, and the most widespread example of magical thinking. When I don't play aleatory numbers, I tend to select birthday and anniversary days. As long as I don't use these numbers for a password, I think that it is acceptable...

I remember that there is One Guy that I come to talk back in the day that  he is gathering luck and wins in gambling (any game that he played without that number combination) about a Pregnant woman , each time he had with a woman who has child in their womb? he keeps being lucky that's why sometimes he even renting them to be with him in casinos or in local gambling houses(i don't know if even in online gambling he do this because we aren't involved in online gambling then) I find it weird but yes I managed to witnessed that once in a Mourn that he  brings His pregnant cousin and yes he dominates the poker table and beat everyone all night.

Totally just that coincidence i should say but if it turns out that he had been lucky for most of his plays because of bringing up some pregnant women then we would really be having those second thoughts that it might be true or really that effective but if we do speak about being lucky then we do know that this is something that cant be influenced or would really be altered.
If they do have that kind of belief and still continuing on doing so then just let them be, its their money to use and its not ours and if they would be having that kind of belief then

Well, what you say is very true, in fact I know people who are like that, they have a lucky number that is theirs and now, they believe that with those numbers they will win, well in reality it is like a favorite number and they believe that they can do great things with it. However, I like to listen to their versions of why they like that particular number so much, in fact a friend who always plays the same number in the ballot, and he firmly believes that he will win one day, and well, he religiously He goes and plays that number all the time every day, until now he has been doing it for a long time, I don't know how long he has been doing it but I think it is a pretty long amount of time, but who am I to take away his faith? When comes to selecting number for the lottery, it does not work that way here in my country, you know. Here, when you play lottery you are supposed to go to an agency and they sell you a small carton which already has the numbers printed on it.
And to be honest, if I was able to decide those numbers for myself, I think I would also choose important dates to my family or myself. Human beings are quite bad a generating entropy (as people say commonly when talking about the entropy generation for brain wallets) so it would be difficult for anyone buying a lottery ticket to actually come up with a truly random number.

You can't. In fact, in most lottery games you don't even choose the numbers.
You just by a ticket with some random numbers on it (usually the numbers are hidden and you need to scratch the ticket to see those number) then wait for the result to be announced to see if you were lucky and bought the winning ticket. I suppose this is done to avoid collisions so there will be only one winner if any.
Anyway, I believe it's a misunderstanding as I don't think he meant to say "select the right number" but rather "buy the lucky ticket".
