I understand the challenge with submitting KYC to untrusted platforms but the truth is that the advantages of playing in a casino that request for KYC during registration is higher than those that does not require KYC

Why would someone submit his personal documents to an untrusted platform! You should not even play there, let alone entrusting them with your personal information.

There have been countless cases of people losing significant income due to casinos requesting KYC after winning; I consider this a deliberate attempt to steal people's fund.

The problem is not with the KYC requirement itself. The problem is with shady/scam service providers (ab)using it as an excuse to seize customers' funds.
Just play at a reputable casinos and don't break any of their rules and you should be fine whether they request kyc or not.

That attitude is a sign of irresponsibility wrapped under criminal intentions. If it is possible - try to KYC yourself. If casino doesn`t give you such opportunity - you can try to make several small withdrawals. Mostly casino will KYC you. Same time you can check new casino for cheating.

Casinos that ask for KYC after winning generally fo that to cheat because they know that the funds they are performing KYC for came from their platform. Making smaller withdrawals can be a good option but bad casinos will not give that option.

For me though, I've never had to submit my kyc documents for verification on any platform and had to wait up to a week, by any platform, i mean gambling casinos actually, but talk about crypto exchanges, the exchanges platform where it got them that much time (over a week actually) to get my account verified after I've submitted kyc documents they requested fo, was XT.com exchange, yeah, and I did not actually make a big deal of it since beforehand, I understood that they are one of the shitty exchanges around.

Coming back to passing kyc verification on gambling casinos, I would say that majorly all good casinos processes their customers kyc verification request within a day or maximum of 3 days if late, any casino that takes longer than this to verify their users kyc information is shitty to me.

This is my stand on this because I have done KYC in reputable casinos and it is always easy and fast. The process and requirements are all spelt out and when met, the KYC is approved.

They will allow us to deposit without KYC but when it comes to withdraw they may ask for KYC and if the amount is big, they may deny the KYC without any reasons.

My conclusion in the matter is that any casino that will allow users to make deposits without KYC but will require KYC to make withdrawals is definitely a big red flag for me. It is either you make it clear that KYC must be done before deposit/withdrawals or it should not be required at all. This way, it is easier for the gambler to fulfill the requirements from the beginning or look for other alternatives.

Awful cryptocurrency exchange. Even without KYC it is one of the worst exchanges i`ve used.
I was KYCed very often and can say that several times i was KYCed about a week. It was videocall, with asking the questions about gambling, why i decided to make such a bet, the football rules, etc.
It is only about good, well-known casinos. Twice i was KYCed about a month and got decreased withdrawal limits, with wagering requirements. As the result i withdraw my money about 2 months. It was less than $1000.

There are cases that it will be denied if the picture of your ID is blur or each side has not been presented well. But other cases than that if everything has been fulfilled then I guess there's no point for casino to denied your KYC verification. I can only see this happening to those site which do delaying tactics so that what people request especially withdrawal will take time or just denied the withdrawal made by that person.

Trusted casino didn't do any further more issues if they see that all documents has been presented well that's why its good to choose reputable casino so that we can avoid any problems regarding on this matter.
