They do a massive campaigns anywhere and they find it that its more effective to get huge engagement on Meta by the help of those famous streamers to maximize their exposure in certain countries. That's why its unfortunate to see those innocent people has been dragged by their favorite streamer on the scam casino and became a potential victim in future.

These days the casino has found another way to scam the users by creating AI generated videos of the celebrities to misguide the innocent users. I often see such ads of 1xBet on Meta, and I'm very sure that with the help of such ads they might trap many newbies fans of those celebrities who might think that their favorite actor is suggesting them a platform, and that's why the platform must be a legit one.

Betnomi hasn't refunded anyone and put that solved thing on this thread. They can't return the money of the investors and players because they might have already spent that money on wrong things. Such scammers can't really do anything good, but when it comes to bad things then they are always ready. I feed bad for all those investors and players who deposited their money on Betnomi, they will come with a new brand and do the same once again.

What are I you talking about? They refunded me at least, that's what I'm sure of. They transferred more than $350 in BTC and Tether to the addresses I gave them. Who exactly wasn't refunded in your opinion? Did I miss something? Have you personally had money there? It took some time, yes, but in the end they have refunded everyone, I think.

I'm not sure what you tried to mean here by the 'e-gaming license'. According to this post of yours, they have taken the license from Gaming Curacao N.V. (365/JAZ). This master license operator website doesn't work anymore (Gaming-curacao.com). Anyway, I think it is possible to get help from Morganite Corporate Services B.V. for a dispute, it is 'statutory director' of Base Online N.V. Whatever, the license doesn't bring any value for Basebet as the Owner is a scammer. Sorsis scammed the users of Betnomi openly despite having a gaming license from Curacao.

It took some time, yes, but in the end they have refunded everyone, I think.

Nope, I have been active on this thread and I have read most of the posts by the OP and by the members. The Betnomi hasn't disclosed the players who were refunded by them, a few people might got some refund but still they haven't cleared their name before moving to another casino.

They created this thread only to get attention and they refunded only those players who had low deposit on their platform. If they have refunded everyone then why don't they mention it publicly, or why don't they ask the victims to say something about the refunds that they received form Betnomi?

That was when BaseBet recently "surfaced", which basically betnomi with a different name. They used all of betnomi's template, only changing the name. That statement I made that they claimed to be under GC [365/JAZ] was because of it, that they copied betnomi's template, with the seal of validation obviously missing since it'll show as invalid [different website above every other possible reason]

Later on, Sorsis clarified that the page is meant to be a "test net",  a demo page, and basebet will get a glowup when they're fully operational. And this "complete UI/UX redesign and rebrand" comes with absence of license too.

Totally giving out that kind of question in our minds that why they wont really be tending up to clear their name first before they would really be making out some announcement about their new site or platform?

It doesnt really have no sense that they would really be making out those kind of introductions even if they do have that kind of pending issues or problems that hasnt been resolved yet on which
its impossible that they cant really be able not to think up that this would really be reflecting or would really be dragging out that bad impression and reputation with this site into that new one.

So it would really be better that they should really be giving out that refund in all affected users until no one is left or would really be closing up the case

They have not refunded me....I had over 900mbtc in there and despite several promises I have received $0 so far.

One of the members here on the forum prepared a list of users who were confirmed to have received a refund from Betnomi and confirmed this. The list includes less than ten people, and this confirms that the refund program was nothing but an attempt to prove absent integrity.

What is most regrettable is that Betnomi returned to activity under a new cover without solving its problems with the assets of the old users, and I believe that the refund program was to whitewash the image of the work team so that the new site could succeed on the basis of promises to solve the outstanding problems.

That's enough to know that the refund plan was just a bait to gain trust of the players who were discouraged by the fraud of Betnomi. They have started their new casino without solving the problems that they have created on their previous casino. They are more or less like 1xbit and I believe trusting them once again would be a big stupidity by the members.

What is more unfortunate is that some of the members who succeeded in obtaining a refund have actually begun to defend Betnomi as if they were certain of the integrity of the refund plan only because they were among the lucky ones, and without making sure that the program included all users who have assets on the platform.
Being one of the lucky few whose assets were not stolen by Betnomi does not mean that Betnomi is absolutely honest. And here she is trying to prepare a new scam scheme on the basis that we are stupid to discover this.

I find this an opportunity to remind the community of the warning against using any of the products derivated from Betnomi, at least until the outstanding problems are resolved.

Well, I think it is necessary to give a little summary here so that everyone can know how questionable Betnomi's refund plan was. They have marked the thread as solved in order to create an impression of paying all the victims. On 24th February, Betnomi representative claimed that they have completed the refund. But only two users have confirmed about receiving their funds until now.

Confirmation of refund:
• AHOYBRAUSE: Confirmed about receiving his funds (unknown amount)
• Betwrong: Confirmed about receiving his funds, $400+.

Pending and denied refund:
• Stayzor: 0.4 BTC and 4.5 ETH, denied without providing any proof.
• GekkeBelg: 0.9 BTC, in touch with Betnomi team privately.
• nutters: 0.125+ BTC, pending for review.
• kennymcc: New refund request.
• CryptoGods90: A streamer (promoter of Betnomi) claiming that he hasn't received the promised money.

Apart from these, no one has confirmed about receiving their funds from Betnomi. Some victims were banned from their telegram group for complaining about the stuck amount in the initial stage. Now Betnomi team has completely disabled the text messages for everyone in their telegram group.

Some forum members are widely appreciating this refund process of Betnomi without checking everything properly. But was it really a transparent refund process which can be marked as solved?

@Betnomi did not refund any high rollers. They are stealing their customers assets. Why are we not suing these guys in court?

If not judged in this life, they will be in the next. May the team behind betnomi never find peace, until they have right their wrong.

Well, I've read your post and the more I think of it, the more complicated it seems. I mean, let's take a look at your list of refunded/non-refunded people. Among the 2 refunded ones are myself and @AHOYBRAUSE. I know myself, obviously, and I know AHOYBRAUSE. He joined this forum on February 02, 2022, and has managed to collect 661 merits since then. Pretty impressive, huh? In the list of non-refunded users, on the other hand, there are only newbies I've heard nothing about until this day. True, there's one user, GekkeBelg, who is a Full Member, but BitcoinGirl.Club, whom I respect very much, left a feedback about him: "I will not trust any accusations against any sportsbook coming from GekkeBelg." If @efialtis said he wasn't refunded, I would think twice before defending Betnomi, but he said himself earlier in this thread: "they don`t owe me s***"

So, what would you think about this Betnomi situation being in my place?

Does it really matter whether the complaints are from newbie user or higher ranked user of Bitcointalk forum? How many high rollers have an account on Bitcointalk? There are thousands of people wagering millions of dollars in different crypto casino regularly. Are they required a higher ranked account to make their complaints reliable here in the forum (if they ever create any accusation)? Evidences are the most important thing here. Sorsis hasn't refunded the funds of those users who had big amount.

Betnomi is still a scam. I wouldn't defend them if I were in your place. Because everything they did was scammish. They have only refunded $400 to you, and a small amount to AHOYBRAUSE. The confirmed refund amount is quite small.

What It still does not make sense to me is why they bothered to hype and keep expectations high on refunds during months if they did not intend to actually refund money to all those gamblers who lost it. One thing is to have people like those in the scam casino 1xbit, who are willing to carry out small refunds from the beginning, but while would this casino drag along the issue of refunds for entire months?
They could have done exactly what 1xbit did and just take a few days to refund those who did not have much balance in their accounts and call it a day.

Good theory. This makes a lot of sense and it's what I thought too when they announced their new site sometime back. It clearly didn't pan out properly for them though which is why they don't bother sticking to this strategy.

After being busted that they only refunded small deposits that is active on this thread while leaving the whale players that is silent, they start the silent mode since they knew that their scheme is already exposed because they already concluded this matter as solved while many complaints arise about unable to receive the refund.

I think they are just relying on the title of this thread so that those who will search about the background of this casino will think they come clean by just referring only on the title since only few have the patience to read the whole discussion on this thread for newbie.

We can really be able to make out such conclusion on which Betnomi is really that a scam now. If we do tend to look at that they arent that making any response which do signifies that they dont really care on clearing up their name but instead they do keep silent and even having that kind of recommendation with their new site on which same as you said that this one would really be good as dead or dead on arrival specially if they wont really be tending to clear up their name with their old site Betnomi. Yes, they might be able to repay up some users but for sure there are really just that those small
amounts but for those bigger ones and having some still post about not getting paid then this shows that they arent still cleared up.
