i have not experienced any problems like other users. i use telegram to login and use the opera browser, all of that runs smoothly and without any problems. so this is a bit odd for me because i can login without any problems but some users are having problems. but i feel that there is something wrong with the login system in the email (?) i'm not sure, but i also feel that this is not a user error, more on the whale system, maybe they need to pay attention to this part, because some time ago some users also complained about similar problems.

This is actually the login button because there is no real login. You always have to enter your email address that you registered with and then you get a code sent to your mailbox.

Only problem is, as stated before, sometimes the login doesn't work. I tried 3 browsers now and still have the same problem as stated some posts above. This is slowly a bit frustrating since I have tried to clear cache and cookies and all that stuff, yet the problem still exists.

You just showed a screenshot of your balance, so what's the issue that made you feel you can't withdraw? Did you try withdrawing that it got rejected or is it delay in processing withdrawals? The reason why am asking is because you will have to be more specific on the issue and also because I experience slow processing in withdrawals but mine was later credited to my wallet.

I had the same problem in the past days. Yesterday I gave it another shot and the login finally worked. It can be a hassle sometimes to get into your account, it's true they should look into that problem since several people already reported this.

Sorry about this experience, i registered using Telegram, so i log in that way, right now i am able to log in smoothly, but there are a few times in the past that i have faced this similar issue, i just keep trying or get back to it later. I guess you should try it again now and see if you can successfully log into your account. I think the team should also look into this, so players can log in smoothly all the time.

Yeah it seems the whale.io interface is a bit slow in response and login because am currently going through the same hassle when trying to log in. It just shows logging in and then goes back to the same home page again and I have tried many browser too, although I don't know if it's the server or something else but I think the whale team should look into this and probably up the speed and connection when logging the website.

I don't even understand the condition, if there was some conditions that my account must meet to be able to use the bonus, then they should have programmed the casino in a way it tells me that I won't be able to make use of the bonus because my account doesn't meet the bonus criterias or requirements.

Same thing happened to me, on the same game, 'book of dead', and just like you i did not find the free spins. I believe it may be a bug or something, because Whale has organized a lot of contests in the games and round section, from raffles to contests on football matches, and they have always credited winners, i was even one of the last winners and i received the reward. Maybe Whale can clarify what happened with the 'gift box' bonuses.

Yeah it's unprofessional and I don't think it's because the account doesn't meet any criteria or anything else, I strongly believe it's some sort of glitch because its shows clearly that I have awarded a bonus  and the funny thing is that it didn't take long to even began to maybe feel that the bonus had expired because that was the next thought that ran through my mind but it was all within some minutes or hours so that part of bonus being expired is definitely out of the question.

And fivestar4everMVP, it's not just me and you now cause I feel examplens and also z-light have all experience this glitch.
