I had a different kind of issue. I receive the code, but as soon as I enter it, it tells me the code is invalid. In the last 15 minutes, I requested 4 codes, and only the last one finally worked. Neither copying and pasting the code from a separate window nor clicking the direct link from the email worked.

I’ve mentioned a similar problem before, and I think in my case, it might be related to using a VPN.

Sorry about your experience, i think this issue has been raised here a few times by people who registered by email, so i believe it has something to do with that. I say so because i registered through Telegram and i do not experience such problems, i am currently logged into my Whale account. @Whale should find a lasting solution for people who experience trouble logging into their Whale accounts.

I say so because i registered through Telegram and i do not experience such problems, i am currently logged into my Whale account. @Whale should find a lasting solution for people who experience trouble logging into their Whale accounts.

Hopefully, these issues get resolved because we have seen cases like that before, and this could be a result of changing the network maybe you have been previously been logged in on a VPN browser and now attempting to log in through normal connections like crome or something like that, you will face such challenges, but then try to reach out to the team and do some browser clearing to free up your space hopefully you will be fine with that.

I don’t believe this issue has anything to do with the use of VPNs or anything like that.
Here’s what I noticed regarding the email code error that many members have complained about: if you enter an incorrect code first, then even if you enter the correct one afterward it will still be considered invalid. However, if you enter the correct code on the first attempt, it gets accepted without any issues.
I have no idea why it’s behaving this way, but I hope the above helps the Whale team fix the issue.

It seems you misunderstood me here. I wasn’t talking about their policy regarding the use of VPNs, but rather about the suggestion of the user I quoted that using a VPN is what’s causing the issue when trying to log in via email (the invalid code error).
My country is not restricted according to the ToS so I don’t really have to use of VPN

I thought that the example was referring to my comment, but I want an example to know that we are not saying authentically that using VPN is the cause of this issue, we are only making a possible suggestion and all of our comments are based on just assumptions and nothing more, to get the right answer he should wait for the support reply, if he thinks their reply is delayed he can reach them via other channels like social handles.

That's right, sometimes it ends up in the spam folder, today when I tried to login the same thing happened, I checked for code and tried again and again with my email then I noticed them on the spam folder. And about the invalid code error, it is due to the multiple login attempt, we might receive another one in that case the previous one will become invalid so using the last received will work for sure.

After finally logging in, I tried my luck with a custom plane in Aviatrix game. Worked out pretty well  Thus, logging in, despite all this above mentioned obstacles is definitely worth it

You may have a temporary network issue, so you can try again later or clear your data and try logging in again. I also used the Brave browser and logged in there, and it worked without any issues. You can try again, and maybe the issue is resolved now. Still, if the problem is not resolved, then there is a @Whale here. He will definitely talk to their team about it and if there is any technical problem, they will solve it.

I have the same problem as you today and can't enter my e-mail address. It's also the first time I've had login problems myself, I've never had any before.

@whale ... it would be great if you could take a look at it. I can't access whale.io or log in using a Chrome-based browser or Firefox. Neither in private mode (without cookies, ...) nor in normal mode.
The error is exactly as described by real-duke, you can no longer enter the email address:

Well, going through the thread, I see that alot of users were having issues with the site working well on one browser and not working well on another, this i would say is a more likely an issue from the backend Code of the website, the team still need to get to work to ensure they site works well  on all browsers without any form of issues.

I remember some weeks back when I tried accessing the site from my Samsung browser, the site did load properly and opened normally but I was unable to log in as my login option, which is telegram wasn't working no matter how much or how many times I tried, I later the same day decided to try accessing the site again but this time, I made use of my chrome browser, and amazingly,  easily logged in without any form of issues through the same telegram login option.

So, the whale casino team will need to work hard to ensure that the site is working well across all Browsers.
