It seems that the issue of the email for users who created an account, on my side with the Telegram login I don't face any issue yet also I have a notification of the whale events on telegram which keeps me updated at the same time with the news, and events. Try reloading once get success with the login its really take time recently.

Yeah, i have also said the same thing, i registered through Telegram and i do not experience these issues. I think this gives @Whale an idea of the issue and how to solve it, it will be good to get a lasting solution for the players who have problems getting into their accounts.

@whale ... it would be great if you could take a look at it. I can't access whale.io or log in using a Chrome-based browser or Firefox. Neither in private mode (without cookies, ...) nor in normal mode.
The error is exactly as described by real-duke, you can no longer enter the email address:



It definitely worked the day before yesterday!

I just now logged in using email but that's on opera and yeah when I checked on chrome there's no way to enter my email here. And it's time to use the official app that showed when I used on my mobile and I downloaded the apk and the user experience is just same as using a browser.

And I also want to mention that when I switch games there seems to be a big laggy so it might need some tweaks as well.

yes, i also registered using telegram from the beginning and didn't find any problem until now. it seems like the problem is only related to email.. but glad to hear that whale team is working on the problem, and hopefully this problem can be resolved soon.

I was in the chat when Wale called for help from the developers, and I felt how much Whale cares about the comfort of the users as the chat was filled with phrases like "faster", "urgent", "users can't wait"

Thank you the information is quite useful I think it's a problem with the device that I have, trying to log in via cellular and also the PC remains the same, apparently there are some problems.

Thank God they are very concerned about us and I think it is the right action because if they slow down improvements it might lose their customers, a good business is the best service, thank you once again for the information.

Those crash and aviator games are fun to play but those aren't for everyone. I was huge fan of those games a few months ago and I spent so much on those games but in the end I lost so much on those games. The emails regularly end up in my spam folder, even though I would have moved the email address to the "No spam" area. However, the mails themselves always arrive immediately.

I experienced very slow loading when searching for games. When I type the name into the search bar, the text doesn’t appear right away — there’s a noticeable delay. And once the text finally shows up, the search process itself is extremely slow. I also can’t see the full list of games, which makes it harder to find the specific one I’m looking for.
