So what is the essence of posting the link here? Why didn't you table the issues here first before going to create scam accusations, most times gamblers aren't that patient when it comes to handling issues or even dealing with casinos. Such issues has been lingering for months now and you didn't call their attention over here to see what they could do about this issues, and of course you have to wait to hear the response from their representative to know their own reasons why you haven't been allowed withdraw or even replied you on mail concerning the kyc documents you sent to them.

Anyway, not getting it is one thing, but not even explaining it after me sending my deposit numbers is the part that triggered me the most. This guy straight up closed the chat and that's it. I don't need sites like this. This kind of rude behavior is untrustworthy in my opinion...

I have been talking for years about how the support is very poor at most crypto casinos... and it can be so bad that a player gives up on the casino even because of some stupid thing or some very small amount of money. And it's a shame to lose players (big and small) because of the support that lacks even basic manners, not to mention knowledge.

I have left a couple of casinos because of support, so I understand... there is no smarter move in cases like this. And if the casino management is smart, they will understand something from these comments.

Usually this kind of experience with live support happening when the casino use a 3rd party support service, this kind of support usually do not have much knowledge about the product of the casino as most of them know about the basic things only.
I'm not sure about the live support in betpanda, are they using their own staffs who knows about their product well or they are using 3rd party live support services?
Hope there will be explanation from betpanda about this case and maybe they should give better training and education for the live support (if they are internal staff) to serve players better.

To cut cost, having in-house live support cost more than this 3rd party support that handles multiple casino at the same time. I have no problem in most of them because I don’t experienced sever problem in the casino aside from delay withdrawal.

It’s very rare for player to encounter a technical error and most of the time even in-house can’t handle this and just passed to technical support.

Most of the inquiry on the live support is just about matters that is already written on the ToS which is why it can be handled mostly by 3rd party live support.

Well, he's referring to the signature campaign. Perfectbaby didn't say anything wrong, but the user bachezy also didn't do anything wrong by posting the accusation link here. He's trying to get attention to the matter, even if he's in the wrong or he has broken the TOS of the Betpanda casino, he still deserves an answer. Seven months is a long time, he should have reached out sooner, but that still doesn't change the fact that he hasn't received a response yet. Hopefully, someone from Betpanda will reach out and resolve this issue.

Given the length of time this has taken, I try to understand why you might want your lash out at the casino and take steps that wouldn’t solve anything but rather, tarnish its reputation which I very much advice against.

I have gone through the provided link in the accusation you’ve created against the casino and I couldn’t but notice that some details were lifted off. You provided logs to the chat with support on 13th and 14th of November, 2024 but, didn’t produce its content nor the response from support requiring you to do KYC, instructing that it was conducting a security check and possibly if there were any to explain or accuse you of something before banning your account as they might likely do so.

For users to better understand what’s at play here, it’s best you present the case as it is, those from you and the responses you’ve gotten, even if you don’t think there is much in it. We would like to see that too, to understand why you only deposited on the 10th of November and got blocked a couple of days after.

Really boring to have bot replying to your questions and inquiries, this make it somewhat unreal to many if they meet AI as support agents, most of the casinos that adopt AI have now focused on mixing up things, that is theyake use of both AI and Human support as you rightly mentioned, so it all left for the nature of the support help a gambler need that what determines which agent will attend to them either AI or human, but most technical issues are resolved by human agents.

I don’t see anything wrong with casinos incorporating AI bot as human support. With the large numbers of questions sometimes coming up from the customers, it necessitates that they have a quick and fast response to them. This can help them to make the customers not feel bad of them not getting attended to quickly and will also further reduce the stress of the human support agent asking the questions from beginning. The good thing is that the questions will be resolved and everything back to normal. The AI can’t do more than what they’ve been assigned to, because they work on directions and inbuilt command injected into them to execute only. If they can’t do the final work, they won’t go further and give the case to a customer representative to solve the problem.

You know one thing about people is that they wouldn't read post before they jump and conclude something they aren't sure of, usually when I saw the complaint I had to go through the scam accusations section the see what the accuser had put their, and I know that casino or gambling site won't just limits you or restricts someone without any good cogent reasons. But finally the accuser was responded and the fault was his and now requesting the gambling site to refund his deposits which I think that isn't possible for any day.

Sometimes bots is really annoying and its understandable since somehow we cannot get those answers that we wanted. If they can make these work well for sure that people will get satisfied with how fast they are dealing with inquiries and issues then for sure they would get the trust of gamblers which is beneficial to their casino for long term.

Just closed my account with betpanda. I was clearly down over the past 7 days ( Wednesday to Wednesday, cash back calculation) and they tell me I am not eligible for cash back, haha. Kinda ridiculous if you look at the jokingly low bonuses ( 2$ in spins for level up ) and when it comes to cash back they even lie and make up some nonsense via the live support.
Well, I gave the site a shot and they failed miserably unfortunately. Denying cash back is just the drop that was too much at that point.


The chat support, even I was very polite, just closed the chat out of the sudden after refusing to explain the numbers, while I gave him clear numbers (deposits and withdrawals).
For this reason, in my opinion, this site is not to be trusted.


Even though I have sent the account closure email 11 days ago my account is STILL accessible. I never got confirmation to the email I have been asked to send, so I sent the same email again just now.
They unfortunately don't take things seriously so it seems, that's very sad. Not only don't they have ANY self exclusion option for players that work instantly, they even ignore account closure requests. Even if you go to the "live support" all they do is give you the email, and this doesn't even come from a person, it's a bot.  Roll Eyes
Anyway, I will not come back to this thread since it doesn't make any sense anyway. Just wanted to share this experience.

PS: looking how this casino replies to the current scam accusation threads is also a bit concerning, just as they do, or better don't, on casinoguru/askgamblers.

I don’t see anything wrong with casinos incorporating AI bot as human support. With the large numbers of questions sometimes coming up from the customers, it necessitates that they have a quick and fast response to them.
That’s the trend now.. most casinos are using AI to handle questions. But if you’ve got a more serious issue, it’s probably better to email their support to get the right answer. Sometimes those AI bots can be annoying, but honestly, they’re just there to answer basic stuff, like things in the TOS that people didn’t bother to read or understand.
When you reach put to some casinos support there are few questions that you are ask at first, what those questions are aimed at is to tell wether or not you are going to ne needing technical help or just a help you can easily get through FAQ.

So from there you will be transferred to AI if it a mannior questions that AI can resolve, but if it a bit technical and have to do with accounts balances and other technical issue's, you will be redirected to human agents, so there is separate roles for both AI and humans agents.

We may prefer human support more to handle more technical issues when we lay a complain but with trend going on now, we should not be surprised in the future that AI will take total control of everything and even the technical aspect will be handled by them as they will by that time be able to answer such issues posing out from that section. We can’t say how many people can be okay with this when it’s finally introduced, but what I feel most is that if they can do the job right, it’ll save time more and going forward, customers may not need to complain about their accuracy and quick response to issues like this. What matter is result and if they can do that more quickly, incorporating them into all spect may not be a bad idea because it’ll also be something most casinos will buy the idea.

Another safe bet gone to the dirt,,, just how is these guys not being able to score a single goal against the bottom dwellers in the EPL…



Thought taking them on an over 0.5 in the first half was the problem but nope, these guys couldn’t find the net all 90 minutes of regular time. Very disappointing as Southampton has always conceived 2-3 goals in most of their games and with Manchester City being a high scoring side, even without good form at the moment, this should have been an easy win.

You never really get it often with gambling huh,,, tomorrow is another day.

Luck is what makes you win, so even over 0.5 game and odds I'd less than 2 odds can still lose in the long run, so we have to ve definite on our decisions while gambling.

Video features does not work on all matches as some games are followed up with the trackers and not virtual features, any ways it important to always look for other means of watching a game that we have interest in other than relying on Betpanda or any other gambling live streams to followup with the match.

Most of them have like 2 out of every 10 matches able to stream live and the remaining games you have to followup with the tracker to get updates onnthe ball movement.

Yes, especially those not that popular games or match, where some of their (Betpanda api) sources does not cover the game match, so tracker probably won't work the same. So, having 2-3 ways on where to watch the game should be considered especially when you really want to bet and watch the match.
