To tell the truth here, Most of my game on Betpanda usually ended up on losses  because there’s no metric available to check whether I’m clear to withdraw my funds so I always over wager just to make sure I already hit my target wager to withdraw which always results to lose.

I didn't like to read the bonus ToS before depositing... As I remember, it was easy & simple: xxx% bonus, wagering requirements, and that's it. But a few years ago (more or less), many casinos added additional rules... They are not hidden, many of us simply didn't bother to read them. I have made a few mistakes, and Jerome is right... It's up to us players to check more before we decide to try some bonuses. I didn't cry, and I paid for my mistakes... now I read the terms every time.

You're right, here, participants are responsible for the terms and conditions if they don't read them first. Many people ignore this, agreeing to terms they haven't even read, which ultimately leaves them completely clueless.

Hi actually just got mine, you received a message/notification that says they gave you $20 free bet which you can get in rewards section right? Well, I checked it and there's nothing in there. My assumption is this might be their previous promotion and since we haven't open it for a while it just shows up just now which I think maybe a bug which I think other players might think that they were given a fake bonus which might be disappointing to some. Anyway, I think the best they can do is probably show that the promotion has expired and we wasn't able to claim it on time.
