All forms of accusations must be clarified in one place because if more and more people do that, the trust in the casino will decrease, especially problems that have not been resolved, there needs to be a serious response and a good solution, surely many players expect their problems to be resolved fairly without harming themselves, this is a form of commitment that must be carried out as casinos that have good popularity before.

Why delete what if case has been resolved? You the feedback the DT member gave? Of course if a DT member gave a negative tag or feedback to a service for any case, when such case has been resolved, it is a duty or responsibility of such DT member to remove the tag because the tag represents an accusation which has been resolved, there is absolutely no need keeping the tag as doing so will simply mean the DT member is accusing the service wrongly.

But if what you meant to say is that the DT member deleted the feedback when the issue that lead to the feedback hasn't been resolved, well, I don't know what exactly to say about this because definitely alot of reasons can lead to such a decision, for example, the DT member might have come across convincing evidence that the accusation that lead to the feedback is not true and or not justifiable, so instead of reaching a conclusion in a case he or she is not sure if the accuser is telling the truth, the DT member may simply decide to exit him or herself from the case by removing the tag while he or she waits for new evidence that could prove the case is true.

So this is purely an error in grammar that you misunderstood, I apologize for that.

I also think the same as you about this, I have to look it up again whether or not there is a delegation written here or not, which is a reference for us to see that the case was resolved, because I was also new to that this casino got a red trust before without knowing who gave it.

Even though I think it is not a bad casino, but be wary that if you have an issue it is going to be problematic to resolve in this current situation.

First off, I want to say that I agree with you here. Betpanda.io is not a bad casino. They've got a lot of interesting races/challenges, their sportsbook is working smoothly, deposits and withdrawals have no problems from my own experience. They were even running a nice signature campaign on BitcoinTalk, but stopped for some reason. I think they should come back to this forum, open a new sig camp and start answering the questions some forum members have.

Yeah. Meanwhile my issue is now still unsolved and there's no communication at all from the casino, if I ask, I am told (not by them) that it will be solved. If I don't ask, of course nothing happens.

If Betpanda were to come back and start investigating complaints, it would be good for the people who reported them. Whether anyone will trust them again is a personal matter. It's not easy to rebuild broken trust. But it would certainly be good if they resolved all the issues.

I am not updated with the issues, what do you mean they have a bad reputation?

Do they have many unresolved scam accusations that are valid? I am just wondering because when I checked their account profile, I did not see any red trust. Normally in the forum, DT members will red trust an account if they scam someone.

Until recently, Betpanda had a fair amount of scam accusations. It now appears that all DT members who tagged Betpanda have removed their red tags.

Technical issues shouldn't take 3 months + I'm sorry to say but even 1 month was too long for a sponsor of Argentina I waited longer before speaking up because of the initial experience, and again not accusing of scam but telling people to back off until they resolve everything.

Hope is a funny word in gambling, but yes, we continue to hope.

I'll probably stop updating here, and only continue to warn people off. For me, a really small issue I don't care about but its all about how they deal with it as a business.

Except something has happened or went wrong, last I remember this casino, it was still one of the best casinos around though I've never played on the casino myself, but I do have friends outside this forum who gamble, bet on several casinos, and one those casinos happened to be betpanda, stake and three other casinos I don't see any need mentioning their names..

So far, its been several months, and years for some who started gambling earlier and non have gave any complaints concerning of this casinos including betpanda, myself only plays on two casino, one international casino being stake, and one local casino known as sportybet(a popular sportsbook here in my country).
I have seen all the negative tags on your profile and I think that explains where your range against betpanda is coming from.. But I would simply say, if you have any issues with the casino, why not go through the proper process to have it resolved rather than attacking the casino and attacking anyone that tries to genuinely know what your issue is and how they can help?

This guy is posting shit for every major casino out in forum. Maybe he gets paid for it lol. Otherwise who would have that much time to shit talk for a casino without even providing any solid proof. This user even gets tagged for this reason. So we should not give any attention to him/her. Since the forum is for everyone , even serious shit talker can exist .

I didn't faced any issue with betpanda so far. Rn betpanda don't even has any signature campaign. They only host some events on games and rounds. So his claims are just hopeless.

Technical issue for one full Month? Aha! Is it that they are redeveloping the casino again from crash? A casino that was on operational will not have full developmental issue but a part to correct and that should not take more than two or three days to fixed and anything one week plus means there is something wrong from the side and their returning is under probability. The concept of the technical issue is a minor problem and they can fixed it within 48 hours if really they business minded casino company. Gamblers' money are there and anything more than 48 hours, people's minds have started disturbed. And if it is a serious case, the casino representative should text the participants about the issue before they started to panic.
