Has anyone had problems getting back a deposit that didn't pass the KYM (know your money) check? I made a deposit of 200 USDT 4 days ago, it wasn't credited, and in the live chat they told me it didn't pass the check. I received an email asking for an address to return the money to. I sent it, and 4 days have passed since then. In the live chat they say they can't give even an approximate waiting time. This is the first time I've encountered something like this in 10 years, especially since I've already made a deposit from the same address before and it passed the check.

And here is what they answered right now:
"Thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately, it takes a bit longer to return the funds back to your wallet, but please rest assured that your funds are safe and will be refunded to you. Unfortunately, we cannot provide any timeframe as this is handled by another department."

Returning a fund that does not pass KYM should not take days for the fund to be returned.
I don't know why a big casino like Betpanda would have to ignore players having issues with their deposits failing to return the fund as soon as possible. I have been in this kind of shit before and my experience was not as bad as this, I was able to get refund within 24 hours of my complaint.

It is incredibly frustrating to deal with this, especially from a big platform like Betpanda.

While they claim your funds are safe, stalling without giving a timeframe is a huge red flag. Technically, returning a crypto transaction takes minutes, so delaying it for a week under the guise of "another department" is unacceptable.

This situation proves that KYM is becoming a nightmare. Honestly, it looks like KYM will cause way more issues for regular players than KYC ever did, as exchanges and casinos now flag randomly clean addresses.

Try and be patient and take your time. This should serve as a warning to you next time on what platform you have to trust next when using a crypto casinos. There are so many platforms like these out there and the only way for you scrap them out is to do findings and personal research about casinos you will be using to bet on both sportbook and casino games.

It can be very painful being in this kind of condition without any date of when you are going to get your fund and I think you are not the only victim in this shit.

Sorry its my bad grammar. Issue was not resolved for me. I was saying it is more than 3 months for me, when even 1 month is actually way too long to wait, so I was super patient to wait this long before saying something.

It's not a big amount, I've explained before so I don't want to repeat myself. It's rewards from one of their contests which was a wager contest (so you need to deposit and wager).

$1 or $100 it is about the point that they could not even handle a reward and yet continue to run contests on the forum, which is a red flag for me.

I wonder why there's such a long waiting period for a refund...? If they don't want to accept the deposit, they should send it back immediately. Even fiat transfers are much faster. 13 days is how fast physical money moves between continents these days. Betpanda just closed my account and stole ~600$ after another sport bet with this funny explanation:
"As we have now received the requested documentation and verified your identity, we were able to complete our investigation of your sportsbook activities.
It was concluded that your sportsbook activity breaches our Terms and Conditions and your account will be closed as a result.
Please note that you have already withdrawn funds in excess of your most recent deposit. Therefore, no further withdrawals will be possible. The account will be permanently closed."

I never did anything that can breach any rule about sport bets, it was just a bet on some random tennis match, I've placed dozens of these before. My max bets got limited firstly, then I was asked to do KYC, which I did, and then they just stole the balance left, which was gained by completely fair betting activity.

Also looking at amount of unresolved/ignored complaints, I dont see a reason to create one. I would suggest everyone to completely ignore this site and flag it as not trustworthy

Why is there a problem to refund back the money immediately it was sent, but there was no problem to make deposits. Sometimes, it marvels me why when it comes to refund, the service finds it very difficult to make it snapy.

If it's compulsory for deposits to pass through KYT, let the casino set their system to automatic refund so that, anyone that didn't pass through KYT will get his a refund instantly, because this delay can make some customers lose interest in coming back to use the casino. They'll simply look for a good alternative.

I know about the provider, I was limited 2 times in other casinos with the same provider, but the difference is that I had no issues with withdrawing balance left after that. This is the first time I see casino just steal money after sports provider put limits. So this is not provider's decision to close my account and steal the balance left, looks like they just automatically consider that putting limits on sport means I did some fraudulent activity, but I didn't, and this is one of the reasons they should be flagged everywhere as scammers

Did you mean from Betpanda, or from other casino? I mean where you were able to get your money back within 24 hours? I had high hopes in Betpanda initially, but they disappointed. Just yesterday, a friend that was no more active on the forum told me how they didn't honour the money he won from their promotion here at the Games and Rounds section, but blocked his account for violations. I didn't even bother to ask if he reported it, for the guy is always busy and it was just a branch talk. Something rampant everywhere can't be so far from the truth about a casino.
