This project is really nice but i dont understand why it was centered in Holland citizens, i think use locally names in criptos is a limiting factor, but it is only my opinion

This will be the most exciting project to keep a eye on for 2016. The good thing about Gulden is that you can spend them at bitcoin merchants using Nocks.nl and this new iOS wallet. I am waiting for the android update where we can spend at all Gulden and bitcoin merchants. This feature makes it more useful then all other alt coins.

Definitely, finally an altcoin with real practical value! Imagine, soon you can just pull out your smartphone and pay with Gulden anywhere in the world where bitcoin is accepted! It's much better than bitcoin because you don't want to buy coffee for 0.0000232424 bitcoin, rather you want to pay with 10 or 100 gulden, much easier.  Looking forward to the developments in 2016. Devs are all about do work rather than pump the coin with cheap talk like most altcoins.  Gulden definitely one of my favorite coins. 

It's the one currency I don't care about the price because you getting good value no matter what happens.

I want to say sorry to the Gulden team and Rijk. The forums were blamed for Gulden having a low price and the new forums have not made a difference to the price. I think all those people who caused havoc for the team were using the official forums as a excuse to take over the coin, but with new forums the excuses are gone and they all caught with there pants down and exposed.

Why did you believe those people in the first place ? The price was higher when the zone forums were up purely because bitcoin was in the low $200s. It's doubled in price recently. Most traders are sitting on the sidelines to see what bitcoin is going to do, if it goes to $1000 then dont be shocked to see 150 sat Gulden, if it goes back to $200 then you will see 600 sat prices again.

Until Gulden breaks into mainstream the price will be determined by traders. Those individuals blaming the forum changes know this but whatelse could they say negative about gulden.

I disagree, I think the .zone forum was an environment that encouraged investments within the community. At least for me personally, I bought more when I became enthusiastic about the project and the .zone forum had something to do with it as well...

That wasn't the teams fault, the forum was run be a community member. He should be blamed for closing it down.

I don't blame anyone, that's not the point at all, just sharing my personal experience and vision.   Devs are doing a great job and I hope the new Guldenforum will become a worthy replacement of the .zone forum.  

People must do what they are comfortable with. The more options the greater chance they will contribute somewhere. The notion that forums are responsible for the price of a crypto is beyond insanity.
