Someone is accumulating an enormous amount of NLG here. The sell order at 1680 now has 32 MILLION in it.

What I'd love to know is who and why?

If you follow the forums you will see that the sell order at 1680 is nothing to do with actual trading, as I said in last post its a genitalia display by certain community members.

A real display of genetalia would be if they had put it on 680.
This is just putting a bunch of socks in your underwear and pointing both fingers at it.

To what end? I don't follow the forums as I don't speak Dutch. Would anyone care to throw any light on this. Are they also responsible for the explosion in volume?

It is impossible to say about the explosion of volume for sure I mean nobody has the information to say who is/isn't buying, as far as I can tell the two are completely unrelated though.
Basically LTex (and probably 1 other person) has placed a large sell wall to make a statement, the trading is I believe a separate phenomena.

I will leave the explanation of why to other people as I don't want to get worked up or involved in silly political games, I need to focus on important things like developing instead. By the way not all of the forums are in dutch, the threads in question are actually English Smiley

I try...

Some members are not happy with the closure of gulden.zone and the Gulden dev team not listening to their demands which are replacing community.gulden.com by their forum and listen to their voice. It looks like some members of the community will take over for some reason but as always, the (also silent) majority descides.

At the moment majority still follow the team because they have delivered but if LTEX ever delivers his exchange then he will get more respect but until then it's just hot air or hype but there is a big power struggle between LTEX and the development team.

Not to worry the Dev team is not struggling. Never been better actually, development on 1.5.2 is going very well and we have some other big projects planned for this year.

Well, having mined from day 0 and seeing how good things are going and the price doing well, I went ahead and bought one of these today, too bad I had to pay with euro's tho.

(Just kidding about the reason, but I did get that bike)

Ignored by who? The devteam? The community? By me?
I personally don't take him serious after his failed 1680club and kwartjeterug project.
Now he is starting Guldex, is head of maketing at AUR, puts a sellwall at 1680, keeps whining about a forum and according to you is the one accumulating Guldens?
What does he want?
Does the community need to prey to him everyday or does the devteam need to massage his feet?
The guy sounds to me like a spoiled child with to much money that start to cry when he doesn't get what he wants.

If so (though I doubt it) he is wasting his time, there is no extent of coins that anyone can buy that will allow them to tell others what to do, this is not something that can be bought.

why is https://guldencoin.com/ off line ? do "re-directs" http://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/guldencoin/

especially now that investors are "eyeing" the coin

btw.. and awesome.. love the word "DETLA" on the wallet splash screen... great , there are some key things that you do that are just "nice subtle touches" ...

syncing blockchain.. network is being mined , checking network hash rate... security of the blockchain is of paramount importance, scrypt devices are expensive to run (electricity!)  and they are engaged by many at the moment

Gulden logo itself is one of the best logos around.. not hyping it here its the truth , also like POS is not present and hard cap on max supply .. very very nice
