Hi All,

We believe the time has come to get onto another high profile exchange for the main reason being by the end of the year we just can't afford to have any downtime on bittrex and the 2nd exchange will provide us with a backup for the services our consumers will rely on.

Some of the members in the community also tip poloniex as another reputable exchange with decent volume. The other benefit of having another high profile exchange is that when consumers purchase a item from merchants it will use the best price for the consumer from either exchange(or both) providing better overall value.

What you need to do:

Please fill out the https://poloniex.com/coinRequest page at Poloniex and let them know why you want Gulden on Poloniex.

some ideas to mention nocks, DELTA, our merchants (pay.gulden.com), timeline etc

Let me know if you have any questions.

I will submit a request when I am home and also buy coins from Poloniex when they add us. Does this mean more merchants coming before the end of this year?

I have sent!

It's almost like services are being told not to add NLG by people who have influence. There is coins not even in the top 100 and hardly .1 btc volume with more exchange options. Does not make sense.

I will explain why NLG wont be added even if 1 million people request and reason they dont take btc because Polo is base around XMR doing well and not other coin. They rather add coin that have no hope of being better then xmr. Gulden have to build own exchange or even btc38 which is indepedant like bittrex.

Disagree. Poloniex has proven to be quite fair in adding coins.  Just a few of the coins that would not be on Polo if your statement was correct: Mariad, Bella, Digibyte, Pink and the list continues. Lets go through the process and see what happens. I like Polo and I like the interface and the way it works, so do a lot of people...

I think there is some hidden agendas when it comes to exchanges and I want to be proven wrong. byc has the same problems although some people say they use trading bots to create there volume. That list you mentioned mosy of those coins are dead in the water.

I will put in a request but I fear Kenchanyu is right.

Bleutrade could not be this 2nd option? NLG had good times (in volume) there some months ago.

Latest article about cryptsy, then you have to ask yourselves why won't these exchanges add Gulden... because it's hard to make it as a honest/legit project in crypto cartel land.
http://siliconangle.com/blog/2015/10/19/bitcoin-exchange-cryptsy-may-have-gone-full-mt-gox-refuses-to-pay-out-customers/

In a world where all things being fair and equal Gulden would be listed on most exchanges but this crypto world is starting to stink far worse then the current fiat system, if coins like Gulden don't end up making it or continue to be ignored I think the whole crypto experiment will be over within 8 years as the industry is rife with unlawful predators.

Noticed before the exchange ratio's for USD and EUR to BTC are higher then general market. Same signs Mt Gox had in the time. So I hope not, but think this article could be right.

Something is not right when you look at the coins that have been listed. More then 50% under .1 btc volume and adding Gulden will get them over 1btc on most bad days. I don't want to agree with Kenchanyu but it's starting to look very dodgy. Bittrex at least doesn't discriminate, they add good and bad coins and eventually remove the bad.

I can write a book on how it works but it will kill the alt coin market for good. Gulden is one of a handful coin that doesnt have ties to these groups. To show my confidence i will donate 50 000 Nlg to team if Poloniex add nlg in next month and i buy that nlg from poloniex.

Recently dgb had a pump to a price of 900 and is back to 70, that is over 1000% decrease from the peak in less then 24hrs. Gulden has a very stable price because it's only on bittrex and bleutrade. I understand the teams reason for wanting another stable exchange but if kenchanyu is telling the truth it's not necessarily a bad thing.

Cryptsy is loaded with coins whom have bought their way in, "just" to get them on a major exchange. The purpose what drives those bought-ins, or the one that bought that coin in, is monetary value.

So why would Gulden want to be among them  Grin
