Nope I have moved to groestl algo and PoW+PoS coins Utahjohn, are you saying groestl is more profitable than X11 now? From what I googled around it seems to be around the same if not worse... Well that's hard to say, DMD cryptsy wallet has been locked for over a week and only trading going on the exchange is with existing coins on their site, deposit/withdraw of DMD disabled there.. We are working on another promising exchange (usecryptos) so please vote for DMD there On a power usage level I'd have to say yes

I've had no problems logging in, but haven't tried today. Pulled out a lot of my funds as my gut was telling me that something is just not right there.

Just a reminder - if everyone throws a little BTC at https://www.usecryptos.com/ we could be on the exchange by next week? I sent .01 BTC and got 20 votes. Someone sent .1 BTC and got 200 votes (whoa). Peace all. pokeytex

Just a reminder to all the Diamond community, none of the devs here are paid we do this out of love for the coin and working to make it a success. Popshot has posted the long term goals (and some have not been revealed yet), so stick with us and donate to us OK had my breakfast and now starting work on the Getting Started page on my server. There may be a few disconnects (usually only a second or two as I restart pool) And vardiff will reset for your miner till a couple shares are received, vardiff retarget time is relativly fast On a positive note regarding re-starts, payouts get run and payout timer gets reset so you might get multiple payouts today Anyone having problems with difficulty level (and low hashrate on their miner) the pool allows 15 minutes for a share submission from your miner before vardiff gets reset to initial starting value due to timeout. I know this is frustrating at your end and I have had no success with CPU mining, use a GPU, I suggest a minimum of 750ti or a decently fast Radeon HD series. A FAQ is on the list of work to do on my pool and a lot of answers to frequent problems will be there OK back to work

Dear Community,
I would like to remind everyone that Diamond Foundation is currently run by three people only. These are popshot (Alex), cryptonit (Helmut) and dambi (Daniel).
Foundation cooperates closely with other community members in things such as beta testing of the software and other ad-hoc projects. This however does not make them a part of the Foundation. If the Foundation is ready to expand you will be notified about new members, however this hasn’t happened yet.
It was also brought to our attention that some member/members asked for donations on behalf of the Foundation. This is against the Foundation’s principles.
Every miner contributes to the upkeep of the coin. There is no reason for anyone to donate any funds to us. Danbi has got BTC and DMD addresses in his signature but any donations made that way are personal ones and in no way are connected to the Foundation.
If some participating Diamond Multipool miners would like to contribute to the lottery draw prize to spice things up, they can do so.
The same could apply to some future undisclosed projects – if members were particularly keen on donating they could always do so.
If any community member notices any misrepresentation of the Foundation please report this to us and we will address it.

NP popshot, I was invited by cryptonit long ago to join the "outer circle" and so assumed I was part of the team. I will continue my support here as this keeps the coin alive by prompt feedback to questions that I CAN answer. My request for donations was only for personal wallets and support of individuals is appreciated. I am sending my 0.05 to the Foundation as required by the wallet to submit a valid block! Sorry for getting upset I am working hard to get us listed at usecryptos I was one of the early adopters of DMD when launched and CPU mining was still viable, I do not sell my DMD

I'm sure you could sort your Judgecoin issues in the other appropriate thread.
People come here to read about Diamond and seeing this might confuse them or make searching for relevant information harder.
Please refrain from talking about non Diamond related topics in this thread.

The new wallet is taking 60-90% CPU on my nas with minting disabled, while it was talking 1-5% before. That's how much it was taking with pos active on the old version.
