For Ledger to help with making this set up process simpler0 GUI only gives you for connecting your Ledger if you have been through the steps of configuring it via the CLI first. Including setting up "Smart Cards Services" if you are on OSX or Linux - the complete process is not so friendly for non techies

They're in Cambodia.  Politically, Cambodia is aligned with China and apparently they don't care about making nice with the liberalworldorderdollarhegemony and what that implies in the way of kyc and so on.  I have the card.  They take a cut of about 15% when you change to dollars.
