After i upgrade to most recent version, i keep receive message "WARN global src/p2p/net_node.inl:1338 [1;31mNo incoming connections - check firewalls/routers allow port 18080[0m". Should i leave it alone or configure my firewall or/and router? WTF is going on with da fork? Our exchange using only CLI. Now all we see SYNCHRONIZATION STARTED. Everything is updated. But synchronization going forever. Should we restart our exchange https://exbase.netor just wait? It took some time since it actually upgrade database version, not sync process. In my case, restart both CLI and monerod fix the problem.

Should i leave it alone or configure my firewall or/and router? Port forwarding is not required and everything will work normally, but if you want to help the network more then you should forward the port 18080. That way other peers can connect to you. EDIT: Oops quote fail corrected.

Wait if you sent with the latest code update. It is never a good idea to make an important transaction during a scheduled update (Soft Fork, network upgrade...Idunno what to call it anymore).

Code should be tested properly before releasing! So I think I can assume it'll work ... Also the fork already happened couple of hundreds blocks ago ..

In my case, restart both CLI and monerod fix the problem. Do you see any outgoing connections if you type status into monerod? If so, you can safely ignore it. Although, a node that allows both incoming and outgoing connections is more beneficial to the network. Thus, you may want to open / forward port 18080 in your firewall / router.

Does anyone know why there is no movement on the price of the XMR despite the Monero network upgrade (Cryptonight V8) ? It's still good news for the miners and for Monero

I think it's really discouraging this market: On the one hand we have a solid and concrete update for XMR and no support from the market and on the other we have pure rumors about the BAT and ZEC on a membership to coinbase with an instant market reaction

With the arrival of the bull season, Monero will show how valuable and important this project is.I'm absolutely sure of that.

Yes, help me out with the reporting! Dero is on a tear - it's up about 4x over the last month or so, likely due to finally getting some marketing going for it.

I found today that there occured a hardfork in Monero network. With new cast_xmr my hashrate on Vega 56 cards is about 750-850 H/s. What is your hashrate now? p.s. that may be a driver related issue, since I'm still on Driver 17.30.1029 (Beta for Blockchain Compute)... Will try to update to one of recommended version today.
