Problems don't clear up when a few of you work now for a very incompetent and confirmed fraudster. You are helping him perpetuate the fraud longer and become accomplices, that's all.

If iot is, consider the money or coins you send there a gift because you are not going to see them again. If the owner/s of Coinext want to show they are not these two known fraudsters, they simply have to identify themselves. And if the don't, it's simply a fraud. Do not use it... or don't claim fraud when your money disappears. You have been warned.

Ok its been in business 6 months and trades daily and thousands of trade but somehow if you use it you gifted your money? 11 btc in volume today. Not the biggest but certainly is a working exchange. The pools creation was infact sponsored by me with btc. I paid it's owners to create a libertycoin payout autoswitching coin mining multipool as defined by the bounty posted.  A bounty was paid after it was created. I in no way shape or form receive any coin or payment from it unless I mine on it. The pool is not owned by me in anyway. It was done on my part as a contribution to the Libertycoin community.

Bounty was paid to us (youngwebs and maccie) by Shogun, to develop the XLB multi-pool fast and deliver quickly. This bounty is also mentioned in the OP of ths thread!
A lot of manual work was required to do this set-up and the bounty was fully used for that.
The pool fee which is applied to miners is used to cover the trade costs and server costs. With current hash-rates we cannot even cover the basic server costs. But we will keep this running because we have strong believe in this coin!

There is NO agreement or whatsoever to pay Shogun47 any xlb/btc or whatsoever, not now and never in the future!
