I know for a fact I have mature coins, however the stake icon is grey. The only way ive been able to stake in the past is by re-downloading the blockchain. This method is no longer working....
Has the dev acknowledged there is issues with staking? are they working on a fix?

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

For those with staking issues... as long as you've downloaded the current wallet, and added the nodes to the Sync.conf file as detailed in the OP... it hurts to say this, but the solution is to WAIT LONGER. I have .61 Sync, and it took a while, but it finally staked earlier today after having the wallet open since yesterday. Received my first stake shortly after of 0.0226 Sync. Hurry up and wait.  |

I have .61 Sync, and it took a while, but it finally staked earlier today after having the wallet open since yesterday. Received my first stake shortly after of 0.0226 Sync. Hurry up and wait. Even if the icon is still grey? |

That's what's meant to happen! Your coins stake, button is green, you get staked coins, button then turns grey, wait another 6 hours or so, then turn green, get more stake, repeat. |

Unlocked? If that fails, download the other wallet which is the one im using (not the fancy one). |

Those are not staked coins their received coins. I suggest you try changing wallets. |

yep, send them all to an exchange then send them all back..Thats normal for POS coins as you put coins in your wallet at different time intervals. |
