please do not quote or repost the countdown link. kaspersky is blocking the site as malware and/or phising ressource!
afaik the link was not posted from the sync team so be careful!
i see. thank you for advising this. I will now disregard this 'announcement' entirely. looking forward to V2 wallet. happy to hold and support Sync. I had a look at the sourcecode from that page. There's nothing dangerous, just a free countdown timer page. Harmless! Rascul, I recommend http://ispace.co.uk/our-multipools for sha256 multipool This Sync multipool payouts isn't very impressive, really. Look at the BTC/MH! I think people would be better off by just using WeMineAll or Wafflepool, sending BTC directly to the Bittrex address and place a bid themselves. Makes it more fun as well! Well, that's my opinion anyway. And don't forget that XC is getting close to 21000 blocks today. Then they will go from X11-POW to POS, just like SYNC! Will be very interesting to see if they run into the same problems as we did, or if they learned from our problems.. Please take a look of the response of the miners, we paid off way more higher than expected by miners! (some people interperter the BTC/MHs/day values wrong. e.g you cannot compare x11 to scrypt btc/Mhs/day or SHA256) You are free or course to try elsewhere, however with sync multi-pool you are 100% sure contributing to mining power purely for raising sync prices. And as said, x11 miners where surprised by amount of Sync the got last night! PS. we have no connection to the COIN-dev other then he asked us to make the SYNC multipool. Questions about new wallets should go to him. I was just reading earlier a v2 is under construction. As multipool we face same issues as you guys are having, the transfers took us about 6 hours to complete.. due to blockchain problems. you see (in bold) here lies the problem - to ensure hefty payouts for your miners, it was essential that prices, firstly had to plummet (this would ensure a decent hashrate at your pool). So... i'm sorry but i don't trust your methods. until you implement SHA256 and open this 'multi' up to the entire community, i'll bid you best wishes.

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

No point mining then, it is better to just buy if you believe that price will increase. Of course, If you don't believe that the price will be increased And who will dig I wish you good luck

actually Polly, you are right, it's simply a tickcounter.com page, kaspersky is probably just being overzealous. however, with regards to the poster not being part of the dev team, I haven't seen any of the dev team call them out on it? No I have not seen this link from developers. I want to believe that this insider

It's so funny, every time a coin value goes down someone say it's because "manipulation"...but in fact, price never goes up (such as WC, CWC, Dope, Maza...)

yes but the only ones who gain are those who are able to mine at the multipool of the coin, and to fuck with the rest of us. i agree, i very much doubt the price will go up by much at all now. SELL.

You don't really get the multipool you know... Not correct, i am unable to mine on it as I do not have the equipment to do so. If they implement SHA256, the multipool will be massive and it will do the job they keep telling us it will do - raise the price. with X11 and Scrypt, all the multipool will do is service the dumpers.

I didn't really do that, did I? But since you mention X11: For X11: multipoolmining.com 0.00057862 BTC/MH/day coinmine.pw 0.0013 BTC/day per Mh/s Is the difference because you stayed out of XC? Or DRK? Or what coins do you mine? Transparency please?

late lunch ? you are boring me now. I don't believe you have anything of worth to announce. What do you mean ? you'll see man blank hype has been proven in the past to be an anti-marketing ploy. Unless we have either 1) V2 Wallet which fixes all bugs and user errors or 2) a 10BTC pump to put the price back up i'm not interested in 'seeing'. is it either of these?

As multipool we face same issues as you guys are having, the transfers took us about 6 hours to complete.. due to blockchain problems. The biggest problem right now is, the late payout. How does it work currently? I assume it would be best if, as soon as a block is found for whatever coin, these coins are sold using the trade api of the prefered exchange, and Sync bought for these coins. If you wait, and sell all mined blocks at once (after two days or so), you might miss a good buying opportunity (e.g Sync is low) and you also might damage the mined coins too much (which will result in lower income for the multipool for the next round of this coin). Also, having payouts once or even twice a day means more PoS income for the miners (well...in theory...if PoS works )!

hehe pohm - 'Prisoner of Her Majesty' in actual fact, this term was first used by the British when criminals were sent on boats to find their way in the antipodes and Australasia. Ther term 'whinging pohm' was often a reference to the child criminals, crying as they were led up the gantry. get your history right kidding too
