The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

Get the SYNC Multi-pool hashrate above 1 GHs and we will buy the market empty!

it's been pretty well manipulated to allow you to make big payouts huh?
what about the rest of us who don't have X11 or Scrypt rigs?

repeatedly i've asked about adding SHA256 to your multi and i've never once had a response.

open up this community to all supporters,
i'm holding enough SYNC now across various wallets to drive down any pump to new lows and i'm far from content in how we are being treated.

1) we need a new wallet which synchronises first time for everyone
2) we need stake age maturity reduced from the ridiculous levels it is at
3) we don't need any blank hype towards announcements which don't benefit the entire community
4) sort the above 3 before any gimmicks (anonymiser etc) are added.

i see these points as essential to help the value of SYNC.

yes, i'm turning. and this:

http://www.tickcounter.com/countdown/2014may27/Europe+London/020000pm/Prepare

had better be good.  Kiss

About the SHA256 option, we have replied in this topic, but might get lost in all the messages about the slow wallet (serious issue yes, but i understood a V2 wallet is in the make??)
At this moment we cannot add SHa256 yet, and most alt-coin addicts have scrypt and/or x11 already.

If you can do an anlyisis of howe much hash SHA256 could generate (who else can offer SHA256 hashrate) we might include in the future quicker.
Our first priority however is to make the payouts simpler (and faster)!

ok thank you for your prompt response. I can only speak for myself, I have a farm of SP10 rigs (and more arriving today) and am more than happy to point at least half of it at a worthwhile coin. I look forward to a V2 wallet, this will shut me up  Grin but please understand, my concern is not borne out of my own dissatisfaction of Sync, but more with how i'm seeing too many unhappy SynClubbers - this prompted me to speak out on the matter.
i'll wait for this 'announcement' but like I said anything short of a new wallet and some code fixes and i'm sure i'll be voicing my opinion again.
Sync isn't 100% working yet, so adding new gimmicks shouldn't be a priority.

I'm buying like crazy ! Smiley

i normally mine BTC on a DGM pool so payouts are infrequent. I've been mining PPS so I get quicker payouts, and i'm also buying up all Sync that I can afford.

yes, it's all very honourable setting up a 'multi' pool, but if that 'multi' is a 'limited-multi' pool, it's merely helping out only a portion of the community.
aside from the rigs I have running, I also have boxes of old gear which is not powered up. this old tech could do with a decent coin to mine, as it can't cut through bitcoin blocks anymore, due to the difficulty we are at.

actually Polly, you are right, it's simply a tickcounter.com page, kaspersky is probably just being overzealous.
however, with regards to the poster not being part of the dev team, I haven't seen any of the dev team call them out on it?

if the dev team are content to let this person keep posting, without giving any remark on it, then are we to believe that V2 wallet will be released today?
i'm not interested in anonymizers or any other gimmicks at this point - we still need all synclubbers to be happy with a working wallet which synchronises first time on load.

so...  V2 wallet or a 10BTC pump, any less and i'll be gravely disappointed in the hype this has been built up to.

anyone else having syncing problems again im hanging at 8442.a simple restart use to fix it but not this time.its been sycning great fro the last few days

I am at 8453 and getting more confirmations on my stake Smiley

why is it that when someone asks a genuine question: 'i'm having problems - is anyone else' - there is always some knobhead who has to come in and gloat that 'No, i'm not having problems, thanks'

I hope you get the issue sorted HunterS, and I also hope today's announcement is a new wallet which syncs up first time without any issues for anyone. Anything short of that will just be disappointing.

Well when some one asks " i have a problem, do you also have one ", when i do not have a problem, how should i answer ?
So, well i guess you are the fuckdtard here, so fuck you very much and have a nice day.
maybe try answering with out the smilely face andnot  pointing out the fact that u are staking when some others arent because of issue would be a i good start.wouldnt make u look like such an ass than

I had a look at the sourcecode from that page. There's nothing dangerous, just a free countdown timer page. Harmless!

Rascul, I recommend http://ispace.co.uk/our-multipools for sha256 multipool

This Sync multipool payouts isn't very impressive, really. Look at the BTC/MH! I think people would be better off by just using WeMineAll or Wafflepool, sending BTC directly to the Bittrex address and place a bid themselves. Makes it more fun as well!

Well, that's my opinion anyway. And don't forget that XC is getting close to 21000 blocks today. Then they will go from X11-POW to POS, just like SYNC! Will be very interesting to see if they run into the same problems as we did, or if they learned from our problems..

I remember the ill-fated SHACoin, when that went from PoW to PoS, it had all the same issues - a hard fork and a new wallet fixed it all (funnily enough, my SHACoin has been staking non-stop for weeks) - even though the coin itself is worthless because of the premine scam in which it was embroiled.

I'm just the kind of person who wants everyone happy, who deserves it.

anyhoo, in other news, big boxes just arrived, gotta head to my d/c and power up. have a good 'un

Please take a look of the response of the miners, we paid off way more higher than expected by miners! (some people interperter the BTC/MHs/day values wrong. e.g you cannot compare x11 to scrypt btc/Mhs/day or SHA256)

You are free or course to try elsewhere, however with sync multi-pool you are 100% sure contributing to mining power purely for raising sync prices. And as said, x11 miners where surprised by amount of Sync the got last night!

PS. we have no connection to the COIN-dev other then he asked us to make the SYNC multipool. Questions about new wallets should go to him. I was just reading earlier a v2 is under construction.
As multipool we face same issues as you guys are having, the transfers took us about 6 hours to complete.. due to blockchain problems.
