CLAM can be bought and sold normally at https://tradesatoshi.com/Exchange?market=CLAM_BTC and btcpop.co (need to register to see the orderbook). Volume is slowly picking up but since people rely so much on CMC, they don't really research about exchanges that aren't listed. Note that TradeSatoshi has its CLAM/BTC pair "listed" but "not verified". Scroll down on this link to see it https://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/trade-satoshi/ TradeSatoshi isn't available in the US or Japan (and other more obscure countries such as Iran or Syria). Btcpop.co doesn't have any country restriction to my knowledge. Please Doog and other people responsible, share the info. Currently we don't have any news on the "Xchange" as well except from when Xploited and BAC shows up in the JD's chat. Update your FAQ/Website/Announcements. I know you guys are working hard on the Xchange but you're currently letting things die after Polo's delisting.

We are still pounding away daily 7 days a week. I hate to say the word "almost" but... fuck... almost there maybe possible idk. Keep finding problems, but then X fixes them. It's like table tennis... I'm super thankful that we are learning tough lessons while we are not live.

Clam price is on risk, the main problem is that clam value is based on the exchange Yobit price, And it doesn't cost much to manipulate that price, i mean, if someone wants to sell clams for 0.021BTC, that would send the price to 0.00002BTC.
So, the price is in the Tight rope right now...

Yes, mate, you are right the clams price is on risk now, Yesterday I was withdrawal clams coins from poloniex exchange and I try to sell them at yobit but the clams wallet under maintenance in yobit exchange, so I try at https://tradesatoshi.com/Exchange?market=CLAM_BTC but there is no trading volume as I expected, so now I have to hold the clams until list good exchange.

I can't deposit my clams to Yobit, it says clams wallet in maintenance and I live in USA so I cant deposit to tradesatoshi. Is there a way I can doposit to that POS wallet? I am disgusting with Poloniex for I have lost so much money from them especially because the random selling of all my margin alt/btc ratios on 9-30-19 and sold my altcoins to pay for the losses when they never mentioned a date that U.S customers had to closed margin positions so I assumed that I could hold for a very long time and the timing could not have been any worse, when BTC dominance is at 69% .

I talked to the mods at Altmarket on their discord and they said they gladly put it up but want the devs okay first. Also https://btcpop.co/Home/302879/bitcointalk offers staking, a small exchange, and a faucet for clams amongst other things.

If you have more than 1200 clams then you can run a node and stake clams by yourself, You can do it with fewer clams too, but 1200 is the right amount to get 1clam/day. Another option is to deposit the clams in just-dice.com then invest and you will get part of the stake, but this way has a risk because you are part of the house, so if the house lose you could lose part of your investment.

Please use https://btcpop.co/home.php (no country restrictions) or https://tradesatoshi.com/Exchange/?market=CLAM_BTC (not available in the US and Japan) to buy or sell CLAMS. Yobit is shit. Why TradeSatoshi isn't listed on CMC? I don't know. Btcpop.co is supposedly working on their API to be on CMC. But PLEASE, stop relying on CMC so much to find exchanges.

Bit late to this party it was a good ride on poloniex, its a real PITA to use their exchange though mumble although I always was amused that they put Clam as a margin trading coin .

Just letting everyone know that I have had a much better Clam exchanging experience at btcpop.co over poloniex. Poloniex always had these random wallet issues, whereas btcpop.co would always process my withdrawals instantly. Hopefully more clam users start using this exchange so there can be more volume / liquidity. There is a really big spread with market making opportunities right now.
Note: I am not affiliated with btcpop in any way besides being a user on their exchange. PS: I can't wait to try the xploited / BAC exchange when it is up.

It is absolutely OK. Let them know if they need ANY assistance that the CLAM devs will be happy to help as much as possible. (I spoke directly to Xploited, the creator of CLAM.) Future reference: No one needs permission to list CLAM. The more the merry. In fact, I'm going to ask that any service owner reading this does list CLAM. LLTGC

This show how Poloniex really was trash. Not CLAM's fault if they couldn't maintain their wallet in a functioning state.

If there's no major exchange volume with which to base the clam price off of, how do btcpop or others accomplish their price discovery at the moment?

All exchanges are based on users orders. The exchange doesn't decide the price, they just give a playing field for others to name their own price.

If any issues with withdrawal please contact Tradesatoshi or raise a request in Tradesatoshi regarding your withdrawal issue in bitcoin and i think there is no issue with deposit or withdrawal in clams coins.

CLAM deposits/withdraw work fine on Tradesatoshi, but the Bitcoin withdraws are currently disabled. Tradesatoshi posts their wallet info here: https://tradesatoshi.com/statusI just bought some CLAMS on Bitpop as well, withdraw was smooth.
